I was only there maybe three or four minutes but and then three or four minutes he did two customers and then he did me excellent job looks great first time I did it hope it works so far it's good.

Well I did it I dropped my phone and I thought I broke the glass but the screen protector saved it really saved it and the gentleman that replaced the screen is my go to guy He does a fantastic job
So back again there was a little piece of dust under my screen that I guess they overlooked which happens but they replaced it with no problem today excellent job

Read moreI had a terrible experience with customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone. My screen protector cracked in multiple places after I dropped my phone, making it unsafe to touch or hold to my ear as it caused cuts. Naturally, I removed and discarded it. However, when I went to get a replacement (as part of the $50 plan I originally purchased), I was told I needed to bring in the damaged screen protector for it to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. Without it, they refused to provide a replacement.
This policy felt unreasonable and seemed like a ploy to force me into purchasing a new screen protector for $70. I then went to Verizon for assistance, but they were no better—they simply offered to sell me another screen protector for $50 without addressing the issue.
The lack of transparency and poor quality of customer service from both ZAGG and Verizon left me extremely dissatisfied. At no point was I informed by either company that failing to keep the broken screen protector would void my replacement plan. This experience has been frustrating and...

This Zagg locations is the best !!! I have been back to this location at least a dozen times over the years, and the service is always top notch. Today I replaced the protector on my Android device and my child's iPhone.
I had never gone to a Zagg franchise location for a warranty replacement of any of my screen protectors. I had always gone online and ordered my replacement, paid the shipping and waited a week or so for then to arrive.
Not only did they have the two protectors I needed in stock, one that Zagg hasn't had available online for almost 3 months, for only $2 more than the cost of Zagg's least costly and slowest shipping option, they replaced them for me right there on the spot. And if they didn't have the protector for my device they would have been able to create one right there.
Amazing customer service!!! I know where I'm going for all future warranty...
