Last night at 11:00pm I order 2 pizza. I’m 4 months pregnant and I was craving there thin pizza. My food was out at 11:30pm mind you I live one ext over I kept seeing the driver go further out and the App first said the driver will arrive 11:45pm. But it kept going the opposite way and kept pushing the time. I called the store and the manager picked up and said I had to wait. She didn’t let me explain myself and then hung up the phone. I called back again because it’s already 11:55 and the app said my food arrived and it didn’t ! I called the store and I explained to the manager she sound like a older lady tell me that I have to go wait very rudely and that she only has one driver and he had 5 people in front of me. I told the manager she is very rude and what’s her name she gave me a fake name Sarah ! And then she said I don’t have time for you and hung up. I kept calling back and she would answer and hang up. When the pizza Delivery guy arrived it was 12:15-12:25ish. I asked the driver if there is any Sarah that works there he stated no there isn’t her name is Carmen and she is the manager. When I open my pizza it was cold and hard! I’m so disappointed in this management! She is giving people fake names so they can make blank reports because there is no Sarah in this location. Dominos ! Please change management! She is very rude and disrespectful! All I was craving was your pizza and she made my experience so bad !! Read moreI wish I could give this place -100000 stars! Horrible customer service from the cashier working on 02/21/22 at 11:00am (didn’t get her name). RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and zero customer service! My husband ordered a pizza online like we have previously done hundreds of times at this location because we are local/regular customers here. My husband paid and got an email back saying that he paid, and our bank showed the ~$13 transaction. When I get here to pick up the pizza, the person says that we didn’t pay. I showed her the bank transaction and the confirmation email showing that we paid. She kept talking over me (unbelievable) in a disrespectful way/tone and not listening to her customer explaining that I have already paid and there is got to be a system delay. There was a problem with their system because the customer before me had a hard time getting her payment to go through using the pin pad. Then, she went on in a rude manner and stated “you paid, take your pizza and have a great day.” She didn’t apologize and when I tried to tell her that she wouldn’t listen to me when I was telling her that I had paid before and that she can’t work with that attitude, she said “your attitude is not even better than mine, just leave the store.” OMG, I never raised my tone, I wasn’t rude. I ordered a delivery pizza and waited over an hour for it to arrive even though the store is located right by my home. I was especially confused when the online tracker read that I has already received my pizza. My sister and I called about 6 times each only to be put on hold for several minutes at a time. When I was finally put through, I was given a lame excuse as for why I hadn't received my pizza. Apparently, my pizza was on a long route and would be delivered soon. We waited another 15 minutes then just decided to drive over to the store to see what was going on with our pizza. I arrived to the store and waited around for 10 minutes of the employees scratching their heads about why I hadn't gotten my order but it was placed into the computer as being completed. Then the delivery boy strolls in and states that he had tried his best to deliver the pizza but the gate was never opened so he left. He refused to address me directly as the customer and didn't even think to call the Callback number that I had provided on the online order. He also thought that it was appropriate to put down that the order was complete though he hadn't even stepped foot inside my complex.
