The Good: This Dunkin now has Matcha green tea and it's pretty good. The service is usually timely, and most of the time the staff is tolerable. When inside dining is open, its a good location to meet a friend or two for coffee and intelligent conversation. Sometimes there's a local paper or a USA Today floating around, (its kind of a community paper) and if you are a loud talker, expect one of the regular local patrons to put their two cents in (welcomed or not). Because of this, if you go alone, this is a great place to adopt an opinionated senior friend. The Bad: If you sit inside, expect to be asked to move when they are cleaning. I've seen them call the cops on someone because they refused to get up from their seat til they were done. Seemed extreme, but I guess they are that serious about a tidy establishment. The Ugly: The Drive Through is a hodgepodge nightmare. Cars come from all directions to fit into a 20 foot funnel that wraps around the front of the building and in the morning, people WILL get out of their cars and try to fight you for a place in the drive through line. I believe this may also be a meeting place for the...
Read moreI’m giving 3 stars only because it’s Dunkin, I don’t think anyone can complain about the food or drinks, but I’m a little disappointed in the service at Danville’s location, this is the second encounter that I have witnessed with the same girl making fun of customers. This morning I went through the drive through and the girl in front of me, had headphones on listening to her own music, living her life. She pulled away and as I pulled up the girl at the window was making remarks “that’s why cars have radios and proceeded to laugh with other coworkers!” First off, that girl with the headphones, is my friend! She wears them for a reason, none at which is your business. I don’t know if this makes you in particular, feel better for yourself but have much respect for other people. You may never know, that one day you’ll need someone and it’ll happen to be the person you thought would make a good laugh...
Read moreService was horrible. Pre-orderd a large frozen coffee for pick up at the drive thru. I got to the intercom and told them I was there to pick up a pre-order, my name and order #.. There were 3 vehicles in front waiting. 5 minutes go by and I ask at the intercom "can I just walk in and get my drink?". Someone replied "unfortuniatly we are under staffed and it would be quicker to just wait in the drive thru." More time goes by and I make eye contact with a worker inside. She just shrugs her shoulders, rolled her eyes and stood there. I waited a minimum of 12 minutes before the line started to move. When I finally arrived at the window, i saw 4 workers inside. No one said sorry for the wait or inconvenience. The guy just looked at me like,.. what do you want? I had to repeat my ore-order, name, and order number. Then he just handed me my drink and...
