This location is nice and the service is quick. However, the healthy options are very limited as their salads are premade & delivered so you can’t get them without chicken and they don’t have the same options of salads and wraps.
I normally get water in the normal cup b/c it keeps my water cold all day and the cup does not sweat. I never go to this location b/c of their limited healthy options, but today I did and they wrote X’s all over the cup; I suppose so I couldn’t get a refill with anything other than water, however it was very inconvenient, as blue ink was all over my hands and clothes.
Furthermore it made me feel like I was looked at as a thief when this company makes plenty of money from me weekly. It was very unnecessary & if concerned with people stealing a simple refill, maybe make a label that says water instead of ruining people’s clothes with blue ink. Read moreThis is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Two trash cans side by side were overflowing majorly. We put our trash on the side of the trash can because nothing else could fit in either. When I told the MANAGER!!! who was up front she had a disgusting attitude about it. And watched my every move walking out like she wanted to fight me. And then it was soooo dirty. It wasn’t busy either so no excuse! I’ve been to many, too many of your restaurants and have never seen one look so bad. The girl who took our order was very sweet and our food was hot! I usually have fantastic experience but when I placed a mobile order this evening and requested curbside pickup, the system automatically routed it to the pick up counter. I have a severe hip injury and cannot walk the distance inside the mall and pick up my food while using my mobility aid. I attempted to call the restaurant 7 times and they did not answer. I then called the national hotline to express my issue in case their phones were disconnected. However, I have yet to receive any accommodation.
