Five Guys — Restaurant in Danville

These Guys are definitely a 5! Accidentally ordered from their sister location 15 minutes driving south one way, and instead of sending me to the restaurant we pre-ordered the meal, they offered for them to make the food fresh so we wouldn’t have to wait / drive… and they took care of the rest. Where’s the “That was easy” button when you need it? Great customer service. Haven’t even got the food yet, and I’m already satisfied....

The service was great, shout out to my Spanish-speaking employees. I got a veggie sandwich. Not only did it look bad when I opened it, but it had no taste. The cheese was thrown on top and melted all over the foil, the veggies were uncooked and the fries on the side were so so salty.
