Fosters Freeze — Restaurant in Danville

Best Foster's Freeze I've ever been to! This is an independently owned and operated Foster's Freeze and I'm not sure if that made the difference, but the food and service here are above and beyond. The restaurant itself is small and on the older side. We had the spicy chicken sandwich, a lettuce wrapped burger, and a BLT, all served with perfectly done crinkle cut fries. We topped it off with a few chocolate dipped half and half cones and a chocolate shake. If you go, don't expect anything fancy or modern, this is an old school, crammed together, hard bench style booth, seriously delicious junk food...

There's nothing quite like a soft serve on a cone from Fosters: vanilla or chocolate with the most perfect creamy consistency. For an extra few cents, they'll even dip it in chocolate. Mmmmmm

I recommend the mint chocolate chip twister! It was my first time here as I’m just visiting. The only thing that kind of turned me off was that I meant to order the mint chocolate chip ice cream and was given the shake. I told them I wanted the ice cream instead and they had me reorder and pay again. I was willing to since I wanted to get what I want!
