The shop is run by a gentleman named Jose. This is one of the few shops that's left where you can actually just bring your bike in and most of the time if he or his mechanics are at the shop, they will take care of your bike while you wait. There are times when more extensive repairs are needed which by the way the shop is fully capable of handling, turn around time is quick, not the typical 2 to 3 weeks that major big bike shops take. What I also like is that, Jose supports a lot of the local mountain bike teams that compete and a lot of local racers bring their bikes to him for routine service and maintenance. I will be dropping off my bike today to get my son's bike checked out before the next mountain bike race. Awesome shop.

There are still good people in this world and this is proof. I called in a tough spot, back tire fell off my bike on Diablo and Hartz right across from Primos. This guy came in minutes, flipped my bike over and fixed it in short order. Didn't ask for anything in return. Will be a customer for life

The Customer Service from these two gentlemen went above & beyond what was expected! They even claimed a ladder to diligently search for a neon safety helmet!

Purchased a 2020 NEW bike from this shop. A part broke so dropped the bike to be fixed and was told it would be ready the following Friday. Fast forward 60 days later and countless calls on my behalf to 1000 excuses on why they couldn't get the part. Every contact was given the response that we'll reach out to you by Friday with an update (which never happened). Finally I drove over to pick up the bike, which is the main reason for this review. I was nice and w/o emotion however the owner had a chip on his shoulder. He got the bike and told me 'Good luck fixing it' and proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning tone 'You won't find the part'. I completely understand COVID impact to supply/demand and supply chain however its not cool to be treated this way from someone from your community. I now have a brand new bike purchased from my neighborhood bike shop that can't be used. $700 purchase and I have to now replace with a new bike. Sadden that I have to get in my car and drive past a bike shop in our neighborhood to find someone that doesn't treat customers like an ssahole. Very disappointed. For reference this is a Giant XTC JR 26 2020 product. I'm sure on a good day this guy is awesome but I had 60 days of examples of him completely disregarding my son and I. Poor little guy without a bike for so long sucks. Best of luck to this place but we...

One star is generous. I am so frustrated with this shop. I called 3 times to confirm they had a specific bike that I wanted and they kept assuring me they had the bike. I took off early from work and drove an hour and a half to find out they didn't have the bike, and didn't seem to even know which model I wanted. It's a Charcoal Giant Escape Disc 1. I detailed on every call what the bike was and they assured me it would be built when I arrived but as soon as I stepped into the shop I was told they didn't have it and that I could wait while they built me something else. The guy the went to the back and came out to show me a bike with a different color, components and tires. It was not the bike, and he didn't seem to even know how to identify a bike model or year based on tires and components as I read them off Giants Website. I will never visit this shop again. I have seen better product knowledge at...

I took my brand new bike there for a tune up. When I went to pick up my bike , I checked and the brand new reflectors were missing from the bike. I asked what happened to my reflectors and the guy did not know and he tried to search for them and he also tried to put some other reflectors in there and he just did not have any. A bike shop that does not even have basic reflectors. In any event the guy says go and come back in 2 hours. I live 30 minutes away so that would have meant a 2 hour ( 30 minutes each way for one hour round trip which I now had to make for just my reflectors). I told the guy to forget and paid 100 bucks for a tune up and the guy does not even give me a receipt or asks me if I need a receipt or anything. I had to go check my bank to make sure he did not charge me more than 100. God knows what else is missing from my bike. I was a first time and now a last...
