Lottie's Creamery — Restaurant in Danville

Just ok. They advertise these unique flavors but they taste like regular vanilla and basic brownie flavor. The young brunette girl who works there was severely incompetent. I asked for a waffle cone, and she said they are out, I noticed a giant box of cones behind the counter and she proceeded to look and noticed that there was one waffle cone in the container and she said oh I guess we do have waffle cones. And then I said no, the box you’re right, I don’t know if she understood me, but she did not see the other box that was right in front of her face, with about 20 sugar cones inside, She hand me the waffle cone and just stuck it on top of the cup. she didn’t bother to move the ice cream into the cone which I had asked for in the first place. seems like common sense that you would say oh sorry we’re out of cones, but we also have these other cones that you might be interested in. But she did not ask that. flavors were just OK, seemed overpriced and they need better workers who are competent. It seems like a very simple job, but she couldn’t seem...

Man behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t make eye contact; wouldn’t answer questions. Said angrily, “can everyone please form a line” when one family in front of us already stepped aside to try their samples. Our family and the family behind us were confused. Was going to buy ice cream, but decided that we shouldn’t have to take that attitude so we left. It’s such a cute shop. It’s a shame that there’s a cranky guy there beings...

Cute place with creamy delicious flavors. I’ve been a fan of Lottie’s for years because their ice cream is simply delicious and their waffles are the best! So fresh, crunchy, and the best I’ve tasted. And chocolate brownies taste good, too.
