Truly unfortunate what we just went through. After years of coming here, today we just got the worst service ever. And this was prior a big event the place had. 12/22. We were greeted with no customer service whatsoever. Okay, no problem. Server lady, was also miserable. And would not smile or anything, again. No problem. Ordered two beers, got them. They were arm but I can deal with that. It’s okay. Ordered our meal, appetizer and pizza. After this, we didn’t see our server again. Beers got empty, we were ready to ordered a pitcher or whatever. Appetizer shows up, we ask the lady who brought the appetizer to please have our server come to us as we see her talking to everybody except us. Time passes, no water. No beer. No server. Pizza shows up, we ask kindly again to please have someone check on us. We’re thirty, we need crushed red pepper, napkins. Nothing. Stopped to search for our server lady but she was busy with other tables. She finally shows up, we just ordered the check and paid. We left. And for the very first time ever, we left no tip. Truly terrible. I guess this place should add self serve and just call it a day, that way we enjoy our meal and drinks instead of hunting staff for 65+ minutes.

Very popular and beloved pizza place in downtown Danville. Two large dining areas. The room has huge flat screens with sports always playing. Known for their pizza, lots to choose from. One in particular that caught my eye was Pesto Asiago. Healthy in terms of toppings - homemade Pesto sauce, mozzarella & asiago, fresh spinach, chicken and mushroom. Great deals are the lunch specials. Our the mini (any pizza on the menu) and a refillable soda for $8.95. Waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. Mine was willing to make me an Arnold Palmer (lemonade and iced tea) light on ice with no issue. Nice! Fried zucchini and Mozzarella Sticks are light but gooey. Lots of beers to choose from. Very kid friendly, including a kids menu and high chairs. Lots of kid groups are alway here eating - local sports teams.

Great atmosphere with a ton of beers on tap but overall the pizza just wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad. Pizza never usually is but there’s so much better pizza out there.

Anyone that knows me, knows I NEVER complain, but this place was a bit disappointing. We were allowed to seat ourselves immediately, and a staff member brought us water right away. After 15 minutes, and several others seated and ordered, we never got a waitress, so we flagged one down. She apologized and told us we'll be taken care of immediately. Another 10 minutes pass, so we grab the attention of another, who says the same thing. When we told her how long we were there, she took care of us right away.

My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and beer. My pizza arrived loaded with fresh basil, where I asked for oregano (they're almost opposites). I flagged the waitress down, and she agreed that the mistake should be corrected, so we sent the pizza back. It was beautiful originally, but when it returned, it had the basil "picked off" and was reheated. It was both burned AND cold at the same time.

The wait staff seemed to be hyper-sensitive as if we were complainers, despite the fact that I never said a word about the "second" pizza.

We were given a check before we were finished. I wanted to order another beer before my wife finished her meal, but that never got to happen, I wasn't given the chance.

All in all, the other pizza was OK, but it seems there was some glitches beyond the server's control. The server was awesome, however, and deserved...

This is obviously the locals favorite place in Danville, especially if you're in High School or have a young family. There were plenty of adults sprinkled throughout the seating area but our conversations were lost in the atmosphere. Our party of 4 ordered drinks, which came soon enough. 2 out of the 4 of us had our entrés beat the appetizers to the table, which was unfortunate because we still didn't have napkins or utensils. My wife stared at her food for a good 10 minutes before we could flag our waitress down. For that same duration, my beer sat empty on the table. When our two appetizers finally arrived, they were excellent. We had the fried zucchini and mozzarella sticks. These were easily the best I ever had and I highly recommend them. The other three in my party had good, flavorful food although the pizza was pretty standard fare. My meatball sandwich on the other hand was horrible. A meatball sandwich should be a mess. So much sauce that it overflows, because without the sauce, they are typically dry. Well, this was easily the driest meatball sandwich ever. Basically inedible. I was kind of shocked. I have to say that Primos was disappointing. With all of the dining options in Danville, It will be a very long while...
