Taco Bell — Restaurant in Danville

Usually stop here every time we go to Danville, because I never had a bad experience until today. Walked into the store , ordered our food , went to sit down and not a clean table in the store. Once we got our food, I went to eat my nacho fries, and to no surprise they weren’t even close to warm- and so far away from being hot/fresh. Went up to the counter and explained they weren’t even warm, and I requested for them to be made fresh, the lady looked at me like it was such an inconvenience to ask for fresh food after paying almost 40 dollars , of course , they took them right out of the same bin the first order came from. I then asked yet again, why they weren’t even warm , the young gentleman was kind enough after asking twice for fresh food to make it for me. Walked up to the counter to get my fresh fries , to no surprise the lady in drive through giving me a dirty look. Meanwhile, their manager or whoever she is , was having a good old time sitting in the lobby chatting it up with someone , but couldn’t even notice , the issues with how terrible their employees customer service skills are . Wouldn’t recommend stopping there during lunch hours if you want hot food and good...

This location poorly packaged the tacos. Yesterday night my family and I placed an order for pickup on the mobile app. We waited in the drive thru for about fifteen or more minutes to receive a giant bag filled with our tacos and other things. We ordered three grand stacker boxes, a few other items and I redeemed an reward. They didn't give us the items in the boxes instead they shoved everything in the bag and miscounted how many tacos we were supposed to have. We were missing two tacos and my reward which was a bean burrito. To insure that we would get sauces, we marked down at least ten for each kind of hot sauce. We didn't get any sauce either. When my family and I went to go enjoy the tacos and grande, the taco lettuce was out through the giant bag and the grandes wrap was damaged to where on the meat and liquids seeped out into the bag. This location started off well but gets worse every time I go. Service is extremely slow inside and at the drive through (but staff is friendly). Two weeks ago it took 10 minutes from the order kiosk to the window and there was only 1 car in front of me and I had a small order. Last week, not only was it slow but the fiesta potatoes were so hard I couldn't chew them and we had to throw them away. We ordered 3 servings of them and they were all the same. The tacos were all thrown together and the toppings were falling out of the wrapper before I took them out of the bag.
