If I could give this NO stars, I would. They screwed up our order 2 days in a row, then when we call to correct the order .....THE OWNER SCREAMS AT ME OVER THE PHONE that they did not get it wrong. OMGosh, I have NEVER had an owner act so unprofessionally in my life. Who yells at there customers??? Not ONCE did she ask what she could do to make it better or fix the problem. It doesn't look like a rating that's worth it , it's not cozy , the coffee was first poured into a glass mug as I asked , then for some reason they started pouring my coffee into a paper cup, I said right away that I would drink coffee here and I needed a glass mug, after my remark that they were doing , they went to the back and took it out to me already from my coffee is there, it's not clear where and how it was made, just from the tap...

Gave this place another chance - took 30mins to put a scone on our table and a couple of cake pops, only because we asked. It then took 40 mins to make 3 very very average coffees, one was returned as it was cold. They said it was because it was busy... there were about 5 people ordering something.
