Subway — Restaurant in Daphne

Location is at Hwy-98, Daphne, AL. If I could give minus, I would do that! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They have no idea what is the “customer” and how to make business. Both employees of this location; a young boy and a lady should not work for this industry before get trained about customer service. I came with my kids today from 20km away to eat something for dinner. This location has the worst customer service at all! I only ordered half sandwiches for my kids and didn’t get anything for myself because the employee already made me upset and even didn’t want to listen to me. I tried to talk to store manager but forget about apologizing, she didn’t even listen to me. He also didn’t prepare my kids sandwiches properly. As I know; first of all, you should put cheese whatever your customer wants to the bread and then toast it, then you should ask customer what ingredients she/he wants……! I was charged for two regular price fountain drinks when I asked for two cups of water. After looking at the receipt, I went up to get the problem fixed because this must be a simple mistake with her thinking I wanted cokes. When I asked the cashier she explained that she couldn't just give free waters. Really? I mean I have never been charged over .40 cents for water and most restaurants don't charge for water at all . If I had been told up front that water was the same price of coke than that would have been fine but I was not told verbally or with any sign at checkout. Most people assume water is free so you're scamming people out of $1.80 at a time. All I can say is that I won't be back because of this franchise owner's unsavory business practices. The two Employees from here were so mean to us, talking to us like they wanted to eat us alive and the way they looked at us just for being Hispanic was just pure Evil. But wait as soon as we mention that we were Military Family, their tone of voice and all changed dramatically 😁😠.
