Smoothie King — Restaurant in Daphne

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I put in an online order 15 minutes prior to getting to the store. Once I arrived, a young lady started working on my order, which was completely fine. I understand making smoothies and bowls can be time consuming and of course places of business do get busy. I didn’t mind waiting until she proceeded to loudly complain right in front of me. Several loud “UGHHHHSSS” and an “oh my God ughhh”. I could even hear her in the back when she went to let out “Ugh”. Once the two bowls were done about 10 min later she called me up for the order. I apologized to the girl for being such an inconvenience and she let me know that “it’s was okay, they had just been really busy that day.” I informed her that I work in a restaurant as well that is busy, but I don’t complain in front of my customers. She cut me off to tell me to have a nice day.

So sad that they offer great products, but people like this ruin it. In my opinion, if you are inconvenienced by working at Smoothie King, life isn’t going to get much...

Horrible service at this location. Ordered 15 minutes before I arrived, when I got there there was 1 car in drive through, no one inside. Watched one lady with a mobile order come in , she got her order. Waited for 15 minutes for my order and literally Heard one of the girls say to the other girl that online orders don’t even matter because the people aren’t there to pick them up. (Isn’t the point of ordering your order online so it will actually be READY on arrival?? When I asked 15 minutes in if my order was ready yet the girl at the front just gave me an attitude and looked at me with a death stare and told me that she’ll have it ready as soon as she can. I went here last night for the first time (new to the area) and I was absolutely blown away not only by how delicious my smoothie was but the young lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. She had great customer service, she was knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and was so kind. I am so sorry I missed your name but if you are her parents or boss please be proud of this young lady, she is remarkable.
