This location is getting better, but only marginally. For the longest time, about a year, anytime I would order for curbside or actual drive-thru through their online ordering or their mobile app, they about half the time would completely forget about the whole order, couldn't find it, or if they did find it, the payment never went through yet the order was still there. I've emailed their corporate office, I have spoken to several people who were the supervisor or manager on duty and no one has yet reimbursed me for any of the times that I've gone here and not received my food or had to double pay. I was told they would give me coupons to reimburse me for whatever I have come short of, but none of that is ever been delivered either. If you do come here and order, half of the time they don't even have some of the secondary items such as apple pies and ice cream. I realize that their machines are broken sometimes or they're in maintenance, but you should have apple pies and specialty pies at all times. Food orders are rarely messed up. If I asked them for no pickles it's almost always with no pickles. So I'm positive that the issue is not with the restaurant or it's procedure, it's more of management not caring enough about the accountability of their frontline workers. it's all based on quantity not quality, which is to be expected from McDonald's, however I think a little more effort can be put into this. Read moreThis was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I pulled up to the speaker waited about a min to be attended since it was around 10 pm I understand that, because I work at a McDonald’s and there’s usually about three to four people in the store at that time, after the person asked how she could help me I said I had a mobile order all she said after that was “ok”, and then after that she didn’t say anything at all. I waited at the speaker as all of the other cars in the other lane moved to the window. So I decided to pull up once I went to the first window the guy wasn’t very helpful either in confirming it was my order or that my order was even checked in, so pulled up to the next window and the girl there was so oblivious when I told her I had a mobile order and once again didn’t even try to confirm or even mention anything about an order code. After that she just said pull to the next the park window, so I did. I sat there for about 10 mins before I decided to call, and I’m not sure if the person who answered the phone was a manager or not, but when I told her I was waiting for my order, she answered me with an immature tune as if you were explains something to a moron, maybe she shouldn’t be talking to people in that tone if she can’t even get her employees in her shift to do the correct procedures that need to be followed with mobile ordering. No apples no toy. My autistic son had a meltdown. I called to tell the manager what had happened and to fix the situation. A man named Johnathan answered the phone on the third call. Its 8:30 and far from their rush. I explained what had happened and the manager informed me that I had ordered a six piece meal, not a happy meal. This is not what the screen showed us, but he wanted to point out repeatedly how the situation was my fault. He told me unless I could show him a receipt he wouldn't do anything. Of course I wasn't given a receipt. This man was so rude and uncaring that I lost me temper. When so many jobs need filled I can understand settling for someone this poor at customer service. But as a someone with over 20 years of management experience in the dining industry, I was appalled by this man's attitude.
