Went to the drive through with my son in the back, ordered, got to the window and the drive through employee wasn't wearing gloves, her mask was on her chin, and she was handing off money with people infront of me. I came up, got my drinks feeling mortified and left to drop off my son. I came back to return the drinks and I addressed the drive through person that she's not wearing the correct ppe. She got aggressive and started bashing me because I'm sitting in my car with my mask on my seat. I asked for a refund and she got all huffy puffy calling me names. She told me I had to throw away the drinks myself because they couldn't bring them inside and I said whats the point of me throwing them away when you re breathing on them and touching them with bare hands? she got even more mad. I asked for a refund, she scanned my phone, and told me to never come back. I took my drink and threw it on the ground and said no problem and left. She didn't refund my money she took more money out of my card. Pretty sure that's stealing. Who knows the manager?? I need...
Read moreThe line is always long/ slow so decided to go in.I ordered drink/ sandwich with a offer but was sure the amount rang up incorrect.When I advised cashier she told me it was correct,then I ask for receipt and indeed it was wrong.I noted to her it was probally because it did not scan.She began to get flustered as the man next to me noted he was running late so I went over to get my sandwich, came back and she rang him up wrong.When we both politely noted we were late for work she called over co-workers,stated to me "its not our fault your late to work".Needless to say it went from bad to worse.Lets just say as someone who goes to DD several times a week,I will be driving to another store.
