McDonald's — Restaurant in Dartmouth

I'LL NEVER GO INSIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN! I WAS LOCKED INSIDE WITH A KEY ALONG WITH A LARGE GROUP OF OTHER PAYING CUSTOMERS & TREATED AWFULLY & VIOLATED! GOD FORBID THERE WAS A FIRE BECAUSE WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SAFELY EXIT THE BUILDING WITHOUT THAT 1 HOT TEMPERED WOMAN THAT ACTED AS THE GATEKEEPER & WAS RUNNING THE WHOLE SHOW HERSELF. She was the only person working the counter & having to take orders, process payment, give change as needed, fill orders & handle any issues the drive-thru had which was a lot! I had been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at a standstill when giving up & going inside. I thought my order would be quick & easy as it is when I go to other locations. I had issues when trying to place my order for: 2 small vanilla ice cream cones, 1 cheeseburger Happy Meal with apple wedges for a side & a diet Coke for the drink & 1 large fountain drink. The woman asked if they had apple wedges & another girl answers yes. I paid the total just under $20 in cash, which confused me, due to when I go to the location in my city for the same order, it's never even $10! While locked in I was trying to stay patient while waiting. I decided to stay busy cleaning the mess that was left. I picked up a cloth, started wiping down the fountain drink counters & picked up all trash. I wiped up all the spills on the counters then the floor. I also fixed all the covers for the cups at both fountain drink counters. After trying to stay distracted for 30 minutes, I asked for the cups to get my drinks, showing the only woman working my receipt. She didn't bother to look & gave me 2 cups of whatever size she decided. After another 10 minutes passed, the people ahead of me had gotten their giant order. I expected she'd put my order together next but, she went back to taking more orders. Leaving the customers waiting to exit locked in at the door. I hear to speak up at that point. I showed my receipt again, inquiring about my order. She grabbed a Happy Meal box, tossed in a cheeseburger & a Go-GURT. I asked her for the apple wedges. She asked me "Why? Doesn't your daughter like yogurt?!". I didn't know why she'd ask me that, I don't have any children & just wanted what I'd ordered & paid for. I asked why I couldn't get apple wedges but, could tell she just wanted to give me whatever was easiest for her. I had to remind her of the rest of my order I'd been waiting for. She filled 1 plastic cup with vanilla ice cream & handed it to me with a bag of peanut crumbs, turned & walked away. I was baffled. I didn't order peanuts or want them & left them on the counter. When ordering 2 small ice cream cones at the location in my city, it's never come that way. I reminded her I'd ordered 2. She said to me "yea that's why I put it in 1 bigger cup... that's 2 small in 1 cup." I told the woman I didn't mind the cup part but, I needed 2 as I paid for. That's when I was giving a hard time. She gave me a couple excuses, they were out of cones, had no smaller cups & that's it take it or leave it. After paying as much as I had, getting locked inside, waiting 45 minutes & doing someone else's paid job & cleaned up the place, this woman was working my last nerve! I needed 2 cups & didn't care what size they were or how much they were filled! I had to explain that 1 was for my dog. I wasn't going to eat out of the same cup, not to mention, I wanted what I'd ordered & paid for! The woman ultimately gave me another empty plastic cup & I had to split it up myself. Finally she unlocked the doors & let a group of us out. I couldn't wait to get out of that McDonald's & also New Bedford! I later looked at my receipt & noticed I'd been charged for 2 ice cream sundaes & not for 2 small vanilla ice cream cones that I usually get for $1.05 each. Also, was charged for the largest size fountain drink when only receiving 2 children's Happy Meal size cups. There wasn't anything happy about...

This place sucks. I used to work there and it’s poorly managed. There’s no respect at all for the employees nor for the customers. The manager loves to manipulate and take advantage of the workers. The managers never gets in trouble for the way she treats her workers. She put her hands on me and I ended up being fired. And when I told them to look at the cameras so they can see how she treats her workers they said no. I didn’t even know I was fired, no one called me or anything. I had to find out when I called for my schedule. And when I asked why I was being fired they had no reason at all. I’ve never once had a complaint from a customer. I was good at my job!!! As for her, she had food thrown at her from customers, she’s had multiple arguments with her customers, and she had been cursed at. And I end up being fired with no valid reason which is btw illegal!! I always did a great job and...

If I could give no stars I would. Sat in the drive trough forever. Didn’t keep track of the time I arrived but from the time I placed my order to the time I received it was extremely ridiculous. I sat in line for 32 mins for two fish sandwich’s. Every time I come here at the same thing you’re always so slow there. Staff is always young kids that have no respect they’re talking like they are ghetto. And using racial slurs to one another and acting immature. I’ll never go back to this one. Ever again. And i don’t know what the hell was all on the top of one sandwich but i will be going back tomorrow after work and they will be hearing from me. Because it looks like the bun was dropped on their floor and it looks like sand or dirt. And feels like granules. Like this is so disgusting and disrespectful to serve to someone.
