Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Bedford

Attention Management! On April 12th at approximately 10:25PM, I ordered a #6 which comes with two Chulupas & a Taco with the choice of soft or hard shell & a drink. One of the two Chulupas, i asked for one Steak Chulupa & one Chicken Chulupa. I asked for both Chulupas with Spicy Ranch. For my taco i asked for a soft with also spicy ranch. On my Chicken Chulupa, it came with litterly 3-4 pieces of chicken breast NO lettuce, chopped tomatoes or cheese. It was pretty much a sauce Chulupa, & NOT even SPICY RANCH which i originally had asked for. I wish i could of uploaded a image of this. On my Steak Chulupa, it came with beef instead of Steak. This one, was funny. It came with about the same amount of beef that would come on top of a Coney Island hot dog lol. It came with a whole lots of lettuce, NO cheese & chopped Tomatoes.. Now the soft Taco looked pretty much on point, other then NOT putting Spicy Ranch that i asked for. It took me two drive thru trips to try to get the order correctly. I would of had to go back a third time to probably get the order 100% correct.. As far as the girl & boy working the window that night, they were both very nice & respectful. But, as far as the kitchen, VERY VERY POOR WORK ETHIC GOING ON THERE OBVIOUSLY! Honestly, maybe this is something i should be complaining to corparate. I wish i could of actually uploaded images of these Chulupas and Taco. Believe me, for me to complain and go out of my way to give a bad review, it has to be very very horrible. Management, please take this very bad review seriously. This was my worst drive thru experience ever. Maybe this Taco Bell, just needs to hire a new Manager, which will take their job more seriously. So SAD to see the lack of work ethic now a days, that i had to go out of my way and give this place a ONE STAR ⭐ I pretty much should of just threw my $14 & change in the trash. I went through the drive through and clearly stated two hard beef tacos with a ramakin of tomatoes on the side and a small soda. The screen said something like DOT. I asked excuse me, you have that as 2 regular hard tacos and he said yes. They hand me my food and it's two Doritos tacos I said this is wrong it's supposed to be two regular hard tacos and I hear her yell I need 2 soft tacos. I am waving my hands for someone's attention, the male opened the window I said I heard her say two soft, I ordered two hard tacos. It's not just about the food being wrong, them charging me more, giving me nasty tomatoes on the side and was just rude. No excuses me, please, thank you. No customer service skills whatsoever. I'm pretty sure it was a manager and another employee that messed up my order. How many taco bell workers does it take to get it right? I never have this problem on Cogshall st. If you don't want to work, don't work and take it out on your customers. I tried to get there attention and let them know they messed up my order. I can't eat soft shells. I went in today to place an order it was 3:25 pm I was the only one inside, I had to ask 5 different people to take my order at the reg. A girl was doing the other girls hair because she came back to lend her her taco bell hat so I was trying to order and a girl out of uniform that works there started playing w her hair at the register while I was trying to order. I place my order I was the only.one Inside after about 15 mins I went to the desk for 3 value items they said the order wasnt ready they were taking all the drive thru people then the girl at the register left and went to rhe bathroom w the other girl who also worked there but wasnt in uniform came back after about 17 mins and me standing at the register I got my food which was wrong . A bunch of young kids all talking about a guy was in the drive thru stalking her.
