R Bar — Restaurant in Davenport

We sat in their private room with all of the wine bottles which to have the room we would have to spend at least $200 which was no problem because there was 6 of us and we were ready to party. This is definitely a place for higher end drinking. If you want a place to get a beer and watch a ball game do not go here. It is great for a date or nice night on the town. Service was great and the owner came in later and suggested some nice bottles of wine we were treated awesome, but our tab was also over $550 so of course we were treated nice. Great place...

Love the decor, love the selection, love the pineapple vanilla martini. Love the live music. The only thing I find that myself and other people don't care for is the owner (I think or perhaps he's an employee) boosting about Trump...very loudly and in a very obnoxious way. Unassuming from the outside, wonderful on the inside! The interior decor elevates it above a neighborhood bar and the size lends itself to an intimate drink or get-together with friends.
