the foods pretty good whenever i order it! that’s the only real good comment i can give. But, everyone that works there is so rude every single time. They don’t give a damn about anyone that’s waiting for there order. they’re so impatient with everyone else. and even with me i always smile and say thank you, but the workers don’t care. one girl straight up was just like “yes im listening you can keep going 🙄” when i was just simply waiting for her to type it in. my friend never orders a latte from them because they gave her regular milk twice even though she told them she’s lactose intolerant, and even when she asked them to re do it… one time i got an iced latte and it was so watery idk what happened.. its espresso, theirs barely any water in espresso. the one time i had a good drink was with a strawberry refresher made with green tea. but i mean it’s literally just strawberry dragon fruit concentrate filled up with ice and green tea so hard to...

My experience at the dunkin donuts at broward college was awful! I literally ordered a coffee with extra milk. What I got was an expresso with barely any milk because the coffee was so strong! I opened up the cup and it was BLACK. I asked the server to please give me extra milk and she told me I had to pay again. She was very rude about it and honestly she shouldn't be working in a place where you need to speak to customers. I didn't catch her name but she's the shortest server. I literally paid for my drink already to have extra milk and then she tried to make me pay again! Absolutely not. Don't come here if you're expecting your food to be made right ESPECIALLY if she's working. I mean, I paid for my coffee. It's not like I was trying to get something for free, she didn't make it right. I had to leave my coffee because I can't drink coffee...

As a local and a regular customer, today was my last trip here. I will patronize Publix, the Racetrac, or Wawa nearby. I ordered A sandwich, tots, a large coffee, amd a doughnut today. I skimmed through the bag while there but I didn't catch it that they forgot to put my doughnut in the bag. I didn't feel like going back when I arrived home. The tots had literally 4 in there, not filling a 1/4 of the bag, they shortchanged me 3 dollars, luckily I caught this before I left the drive through window.
