Hard to believe this place has so many "positive" reviews, assume it's a lot of fakes or the business has just gone extremely downhill.

This is by far the worst phone repair company I have ever done business with and the first time I've ever had to write a bad review, which I hate to have do. The only reason I'm doing it is helpfully prevent other people from having to deal with the same nightmare we did. I brought my fiances Samsung galaxy phone is for a screen repair and paid around $220 total to have it replaced. I've had screen repairs done in the past and haven't had an issue EVER, so I didn't even bother to ask about their warranty policy.

Literally 30 days later the screen cracked again, completely on it's own. It was not dropped or damaged at all. This happened in the evening when their store was already closed, so we waited until the next day to contact them. I brought the phone in the morning to let them know what was going on and they basically said I was out luck since it only had "30 day" warranty" and it was now past that. I explained to them their replacement screen was defective and had cracked yesterday, within the 30 days. It's not our fault their store was closed already, however, they could care less and took the position it didn't matter.

Instead of trying to help out, they tried to blame us for it being damaged and sell us on a new $300+ phone LOL! As a business owner myself, I was in disbelief of how I was treated. The level of disrespect and incompetence of the people running this place is truly mind-blowing. They do not care for their customers at all whatsoever, and are ready to screw them over in an instant. If you need a phone repair done, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place and going anywhere else. Otherwise expect completely shoddy work and no guarantee at...

My ZTE phone had been crushed -- bent backward and nearly rent in two, in fact. When I took it to a local office of my cell service provider, the manager of that place said, "That thing is done." The screen was shattered, and the phone itself was still curved like a banana. I replaced it with a much smaller Samsung because money was tight. So, I put the ZTE in a plastic zipper bag and figured I'd lost everything in the phone that I had not transferred to the cloud.

By the time I finally talked to the guys at iFixit911, three weeks had passed. I explained to them that all I wanted was to salvage from the phone certain images and especially some long notes I had written. These included essays, future blog post material, song lyrics, and more. Eddie assured me he would do everything he could to salvage these internal files and transfer them to a USB jump drive.

He did far better. He not only preserved the few files I had feared I'd lost, but he also fixed the phone itself! He handed me what looked like a brand new phone. Everything in it was in perfect condition. Not one app nor even the tiniest scrap of data had been lost. iFixIt911 did such an extraordinary job that I honestly regard my phone as nicer today than it was on the day I bought it fresh from my service provider more than two years ago. It's now thinner, has an even nicer exterior case, and works perfectly. Most amazing of all, perhaps, is that despite having worked on my phone carefully for just under a week, iFixIt911 charged me less than $100.

Amazing customer service!!! The owner is setting the bar at 100% + in this service industry of mobile phone repairs and services. Standing out as an example to follow. I was so impressed when i arrived, super immacculate clean. Observed while waiting, how each customer was greeted like an old friend. The honesty in giving the customer on honest report and the best options for customer to choose. Example owner will inform the client they can pay 100.00 to repair an item or they can just go buy it new for 60.00 because repair is more costly. That is respect and honesty for your customers. They explain exactly what is wrong & why and then give u options such as original or generic parts. I was quoted some place else $395. 00 to repair my note 10 plus screen. I was getting a generic glass end of story. Here i was getting original with full side framing, and was educated on all the reasons what and why to avoid opting out on not replacing the glass screen w the original glass. Even suggest due to cost if i would consider putting on a glass protector over the hairline crack. I was so greatful to have been given and explained these options. I went with the original including 1 yr warranty for issues using my screen if they should arise. The repair was done in less then 2 hrs. And it cost me 32.00 dollars more than the 395.00 from other place. But i got what i paid for and then some. Of course insurance will cover 300.00 so i ended up out of pocket $127.00 but super happy and will be recommending UFixIt 911 to all my family & friends.
