Kavana Kava Bar — Restaurant in Davie

Perfect place for 18-20 year-olds that can’t legally drink but want to pretend like they’re drinking at a bar. The atmosphere is very inclusive with LAN party chill vibes. Staff make you feel very welcomed.

I would not recommend this as a good place for anyone over 25 that is looking for a real drink to hangout and decompress, mainly because there is no real alcohol = not a real bar. The only thing the drinks do is make your tongue feel numb. All other claimed side effects are likely due to the observed customer consumption of weed vape pens = full body high.

Pretty much the entire crowd was 18-20 year olds, smoking weed vape pens, playing League or whatever on their laptops, shouting Buddha every 15 minutes. Which if that’s your thing, this is the perfect place for you.

Parking is impossible and people frequently stop and park their cars in the middle of the road. There is 9/10 chance a car will completely not look and pull out right in front of you. Make sure your dashcam is on and working.

Over the years I’ve visited almost all kava bars in south east Florida and tested out their products. I can confidently say this is one of the best n I enjoy coming here. Great kava, great Kratom. I recommend mixing a tea and a kratommyx into a large cup for best effects, any of their kava is great. (They started a new wave with one of their products). Last time I stopped by for the first time in a while, Hannah made me feel very welcomed with positivity and it genuinely made my tough week better. All of their employees are great from my experience. It’s an amazing place with a beautiful interior to come and spend time with friends or meet people new. I would say it’s more of an upbeat sociable spot in the evenings, and a relaxing place to get some work done or hangout in the mornings. Real dart board and a pool table and more to do. Single woman, came alone on a Tuesday night ~ 7:30pm not knowing what to expect. I liked the music they were playing as soon as I walked in. Sat at the bar, left 3 hrs later happy and eager to return.

At this place it is very easy to come alone and talk to strangers, or come with a friend and have a pleasant conversation. The atmosphere is a relaxed one, friendly even, and their lighting helps (no harsh fluorescent lights, thank you). Some people were talking, or playing pool, or playing video games.

Their menu is very simple, I had the Kava they recommended and the Kratum tea. On Tuesday night they had bingo, and it was fun to play together as a group.
