Terrible experience. I have been driving by this place dying to try it and I finally got there today because my 3 year old autistic son has been sick and I am pregnant and feeling a sore throat and can not take any medication so I wanted to try a natural cure like a healthy tea to soothe my throat and prevent from getting sick anything further than just the sore throat. I parked at the dirt parking lot next door and because my son is autistic and non verbal, being pregnant, I had to carry him so we could actually make it to the Tealicious location. We get in and I talk to the girl and let her know right away that I have been wanting to try this place and haven't been here before and then proceed to order the Lemon Green Tea with the additional topping aloe vera because that's the healthiest tea they seemed to have and best choice for my sore throat. I order 2 and spend $14 on tea. We wait patiently for our tea and then she puts the 2 teas IN A BAG and I carry them along with my 45lb autistic 3 year old and my 37 week pregnant belly out to my car. I place the 2 teas on the trunk while I put him in the car because he can't communicate and can't get into the car and in his car seat on his own and as I'm doing that I guess a gust of wind knocked the 2 teas totally off my trunk and onto the ground and they completely spilled out... So I then take my son back out of his car seat and pick the cups up with dirt on the to prove I'm not lying and trying to just get 2 more free teas, hoping the girl is nice enough to remake them for me since I literally JUST walked out, said it was my first time trying the place AND spent $14,pregnant with an autistic toddler with me, thinking she would be understanding, caring and have a heart. I carry my heavy son back to Tealicious and explain to the girl what happened and with no remorse she just says there's nothing she can do, she can't remake the teas and not even offering a refund for first time customer satisfaction. I even grabbed 2 menus with plans of giving one to my mother in law and coming back to this place to try other teas but after the girl had no care in the world to help me and didn't care that I wasted $14 I will not be returning to that place again and will not be recommending it to anyone else. I understand the wind isn't in her control or her fault but it's also not in my control or my fault neither. I worked at a restaurant before as a manager and I know that the owner would of definitely wanted...
Read moreTealicious is my favorite boba shop since my last favorite shop closed down.
My favorite drink was hands down the lychee tea that looked more like a black tea than an oolong.
I visited recently to see that not only did they change the lychee tea, but they no longer offer the previous version of lychee tea anymore. There wasn't even a pilot trial to satisfy returning customers.
I always looked forward to getting the lychee tea. It was a delicious tea it was so aromatic, and it paired so well with boba. It also evoked a sense of calm and relaxation. It was very euphoric to drink and absolutely wonderful.
The new lychee oolong tastes more like the fruit no doubt, but there is a weird lingering aftertaste and honestly overall it taste so artificial. There is no feeling of euphoria drinking this new tea. It tastes like a cheap artificial alternative to real tea. đ€ź
At least with the previous lychee tea there was that authentic tea taste as well. I can't bring myself to like and re-purchase the new flavor again. I tried twice too many times and itâs definitely not for me.
I have tried many of the drinks at tealicious but lychee was for sure my favorite one and a repeat purchase of mine.
What do I drink now? Is it possible for you to bring back the lychee as a black lychee tea? Because thatâs for sure what it was, and it was delicious. Please bring it back!
I really want my feedback...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Rude ladies and inconsiderate of customers . I normally get a certain order with one name change and they gave me the wrong one. When I told them itâs incorrect they refused to remake it. Itâs okay to have good products but your customer service will keep customers or drive them away. 0/10. Iâm never coming back again. They just lost a regular valuable customer . Incredibly rude women with attitudes
Updated comment: Based on the owner's nasty response below, this should tell you all you should need to know about her attitude and why you should not go to this store and consider another boba place. There's plenty of boba places and tea places along University Drive. You are rude miss, and nasty and you were even rude when I kept returning I just ignored it due to liking the drink but this time it was not enough. I normally get a matcha latte and you know that but in your nasty rude racist attitude you refused to change the jasmine green tea matcha (which I mistakenly ordered but it happens) to the regular matcha latte. I will never return again and My God is greater and if you continue to belittle your customers you will lose business in just a few weeks eventually will close your store altogether. Take care and I''ll keep you in my prayers and pray you have a better life so you won't spread your...
