I love this place and the owners! I'm happy to see they opened a 2nd location. Their flavors are unique and creative! It's a little expensive, but I appreciate that everything is handmade in-house and all-natural. Try their buttered popcorn. It sounds gross, but it's really scrumptious! The owners are always in a good mood. They remember each customer, their orders, their families, etc. They're always welcoming and polite, offering water to customers who eat in the ice cream parlor. I like how they let customers try out as many flavors as they want and don't limit to only 2 samples or rush them to order. Andy is always charming. My only complaint is their A/C isn't strong enough, so it's too hot inside otherwise I only have wonderful things to say about them. I also really enjoy their punch card loyalty program. I can't tell you how many free sundaes I've gotten through it. Don't forget to tip, you'll get a lovely MOOOO...
Read moreI hate writing this review because I really like Magic Cow, their ice cream, their employees etc. However, I reserved a Birthday Cake with cake batter ice cream yesterday, was told that it’d be ready and reserved for today. The cake was a pre-made one, which I was completely fine with because I understood that their boss wasn’t there to make the cakes, that was completely fine and perfect. The issue arises today, when I came and there was no birthday cake available. From what I understand, there were no birthday cake batter cakes, reserved ones- except for a fudge cake which just simply wasn’t the one I reserved. I think Magic Cow is a great company, but I feel like the unluckiest person in the world today, trying to get a birthday cake for my girlfriends birthday from her favorite ice cream place!
I want to restate, I’ve had a lot of good experiences with Magic Cow, it’s just that this one has left a very, sour taste...
Read moreThe gentleman at the Magic cow was super personable. He was really nice. He has a lot of flavors for you to choose from and you’ll be able to put your own toppings in the ice cream and mix it up. It’s a little Mom pop shop. I will definitely be back. He has Scottish flavors, free to choose from also regular flavors as well mini varieties of ice cream and it’s homemade made from scratch. There are places to sit inside and outside we can choose from a small cone to a waffle cone from a small medium or large cup as well and you can choose the way you want your ice cream. There isn’t a long wait and you can sit with your family or come in and have a treat just for yourself. It’s super kid friendly. And there’s a wall for your kids to put up a sticky note just to have some memorabilia of being here. The guy helped each and everyone of his customers and was able to multitask and still...
