My son and I drove over from the west coast only to be ignored ... person in the shop answered 2 questions & went to the back room, sat & typed at his computer. I was shocked he couldn’t spend a little extra time ... maybe it’s because I asked for a deal on his $80 Prizm football blasters if I bought them all. Obviously he was way to busy to talk about sports cards with a father & his son, regardless if he was buying or not.
Really sad that a well established card shop would treat someone new to his shop this way.
It’s not always about the money or how much you can sell to other people.

Edited to respond ... yes I did forget my mask and went back to get it when I realized I left it I my car. For whatever it’s worth instead of demanding an apology and telling a potential customer he’s wrong for his opinion/review try to reflect on yourself and how you could have changed. Sorry man my review stands, you were far from welcoming and it was obvious you didn’t have time to talk to me and my son. Your defensive response to this review shows how much you care about new customer experiences...
Read moreI have been a customer at this shop literally since I was 9-10 years old.... My dad or my uncle Rusty Brooks would bring me and my cousin to All-Stars on a Saturday or Sunday and we would spend hours looking through 5-10 cent boxes for our favorite players and they use to have these mystery brown paper lunch bags from $1 and up with packs or loose cards in them. The owner Jeff basically watched me grow up looking through those boxes for all those years. I recently got back into the hobby and started going back and man nothing has changed.... Jeff still greets you like family, he works with you, and he's even more knowledgeable now.... Very easy negotiations and healways gets you to or as close to the number you want regardless if your buying or selling.... Not just a great shop but good people...
Read moreThis was the worst experience. I should of just looked at the reviews.reviews are everything. I called and he didn't even say goodbye. He just hung up because he was waiting on a doctors call. I had no idea. All I know is that it is a business and I need help and to be serviced because it's his business and those are the rules of business. . I called back like ten times and then he got pissed and said he didn't want to help me. It's not my fault that your personal phone is the same as your business phone. That's not my problem. That's yours. was and that's what he's there for, ..he said that he didn't want to help me. I didn't do anything to deserve that. I just need to buy and sell some cards. I guess he's retired or something and doesn't need...
