I stopped by Sahara Kebabs Food truck for lunch today and was blown away by the amazing food and friendly service! This family-run food truck offers some of the best Mediterranean cuisine in town.

I ordered the falafel wrap and was immediately impressed by the fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned falafel. The wrap was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. I also tried the mango lassi and was blown away by how delicious and refreshing it was. It was the perfect complement to my meal.

The staff at Sahara Kebabs Food truck were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They clearly take pride in their food and it shows in every dish they serve. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available, so finding a spot was a breeze.

I tried the beef lamb plate and was not disappointed. The food tasted fresh and the flavor was definitely there. I think it would have really knocked it out of the park if there was some cut tomatoes and red onion, maybe. Otherwise, the sauce was great.

I got spicy on the side because I shared with my kids. I also bought a side of fries and was happy with the portion - more than enough for my two kids to share and me to pick off of.

Next time I’d love to try the dolma...

Forget about shah’s. This truck is legit. Juice just spilling out of the tacos. Plates are fire. Better than all the other kebab spots in Davis by far. Gentleman that is always here is always kind and his service is much appreciated. I wasn’t even hungry when I stopped but 4 tacos later I need a nap.
