I decided to get subway today with my brother and everything was normal. We got there at 8:30 and we went inside the subway. This lady working there seemed really mad at us and had a very bad attitude towards us. Maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t have let that all out on us. She kept yelling when she talked even tho we were below quite. It was my turn to order the food and she asked me how many I wanted and when I said excuse me, she took out two breads and threw it down. She was extremely angry and annoyed at me. Then she started making the sandwich and her knife dropped on the ground. She couldn’t have cared less at what happened. She didn’t bother to pick it up. She is also supposed to ask what toppings I want but she stared at me for a solid 1 minute until I broke the silence. Anyways that isn’t how you are supposed to treat customers and I would give 0 star but I understand if she had a bad day. I went in with a subway coupon and they said there are certain items on the menu (a normal Veggie pattie sandwich) that is excluded from it!! I have ordered it atleast 5 times from other stores in the past and no one has denied that. Then I said fine, I will take a normal veggie sandwich without the pattie, when we tried to order a second sandwich they are like it’s going to cost you similar to two 6” sandwiches rather than a foot long so in order to avoid the coupons that SUBWAY sent us, they are making this ridiculous policies to avoid serving the customers. Why is Subway even sending the coupons without mentioning these exclusions and how do they even give these franchise rights to people without consistency across the stores.
Have to rethink going into Subway stores moving forward....
Read moreWorst customer experience I’ve had in a while. I asked for a six-inch sandwich and a foot-long. They made me two foot-longs. I said I only wanted a six-inch and the woman working there said “I already made it so too bad.” It had just come out of the toaster so she wouldn’t fix it. When I went to pay, she charged me for 2 foot longs but it seemed higher than it should have cost and when I asked to see the bill she refused to show me. I had my credit card in my hand and was hesitant to give it to her since she wasn’t showing me my bill, then proceeded to SHOUT at me and basically took the credit card out of my hand. I was stunned and didn’t know what to say and she kept shouting at me. I asked for my receipt and she refused to give me a receipt since it was for sure more than what it was supposed to cost.
