Burger King — Restaurant in Davison Township

Again they messed up our order. Nothing huge but when you make the mistake OWN IT. Especially when a family orders $47 of food. They forgot our 16 piece nugget that came with our bundle pack. They even asked what sauce we needed for our nuggets as we paid.

We got our sauce had to wait at first window for a few mins so they can help reduce their timer speed of drive thru that's fine. Then second window got out drinks and told to pull ahead they are finishing our order.

They bring out order but worker goes inside before we can even check it. We see it's missing nuggets go around the building and go inside. 2 different managers say it's not on receipt they can't give them to us. Ummm give we paid for them!!!

Your workers typed fries in three times where the biggest are in bundle pack on receipt and we only got two fries that normally come with the bundle pack anyway so um that would still be wrong.

Needless to say we are just disputing the charge with bank. Not paying for the inconvenience, cold food, poor customer service. This happens too much here.

We don't love burger king but if we had to get it again we would recommend you go to the one further...

Placed an order over the app. Order the trio of the 3 original chicken sandwiches for $7.00 plus I added cheese to 1 sandwich for the total of $7.60 (I also order 2 sides for extra money). I pull up and they tell unfortunately they are out of the original chicken. I'm not sure why it didn't state online that it was unavailable. They offer me the junior chicken or some other chicken. They said the Jr chicken was the closest to the original. I thought they were adding the Jr patties to the originals bun. Nope!! When I get to the pick up window I said it's these small sandwiches?? Yep. Do I get refunded some of my monies? nope. The employee said it's only the difference of like 2 cents. I said do I get another sandwich? Nope. I looked up the prices the Jr is $2.19 the original is $5.19. That's a big difference. I know I got a deal for the trio price but I definitely got ripped off with what I got. We went through the drive thru ordered our food and let me tell you them prices are not it😂👌🏻 And they didn’t tell us to go to the first window or second window we go to the first window sit there for a couple minutes while they stare at us through the window not saying a word we finally go up to the second window they give us all the wrong drinks and sizes so we go in there get the drinks they messed up they made us pay for there mistakes again!! And we go back to where we were some of us had already ate our meals and one of us was missing a whole meal we go back and tell them and they asked for a receipt Which they took the first time we went in there didn’t give it back told them we didn’t have it they told us we have to bring all our food back to check what we got we already ate some of the food we ordered and one of us didn’t even get to eat our meal we ordered because we didn’t get it never coming back here again!!
