Where to begin ? I would like to make it very clear this is not a problem with the 3rd Party Call Center! The problem lies with the on Duty Pharmacy Technicians. Davison Walgreens has the most unprofessional rude Pharmacy Technicians I have in my lifetime ever experienced the amount of time and energy it takes just to speak to a Pharmacist is unimaginable . The only way to bypass all this is to physically go into the store which wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't disabled. I have spoke to Pharmacist District Managers and recently the Assistant Store Manager. More often then not when I try to fill medications all types from local and University of Michigan Doctors I am treated as if I was a criminal. Over the phone these technicians have made it extremely difficult and have obstructed a Disabled Woman from getting her Medication. This has gone on for so many years wish it was as easy as everyone thinks it is to just change pharmacies. Please speak out call the District office talk to the store Manager they don't believe that the Technicians treat customers/ patients unprofessionally. Maybe if enough Customers share there difficult experiences they will listen. These Technicians need training badly. No one I mean no one should be denied or obstructed from speaking with a Pharmacist and especially a...
Read moreMy wife and I are so unhappy with Walgreens I don’t even know how to put in words. Ever since our Rite Aid closed we been having to get our prescription’s here. First they are super slow, plan on at least 45 minutes in line, there rude, and don’t have any kind of customer care. Always an Argument about copay. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be. They ask you to many questions to verify who you are. Now everyone in the drive thru knows my full name, my full phone number, my date of birth and my complete address. There speaker at the drive thru is extremely difficult to hear, I have to keep asking to repeat what they said. And today they lied about when they got the prescription order from the doctor. The doctor put the order in while we at his office11:10am. Then we got a text from Walgreens that they received the order and was processing the prescription. At this time it was 11:15 am. We got to Walgreens at 11:40 and they had some of the prescription’s ready. We went back at 1:00 pm to pick up the last prescription and they said it wasn’t filled yet because they just got the order. I told them we got confirmation that you received the order at 11:15 am then at 12:35 we got the text the order was ready for pickup. I prey Rite Aid...
Read moreEven though I did not get my flue shot here today... I wanted to take the time to write a review for the exceptional service I received. I understand that coverage contracts etc are out of the hands of the workers. So, when I was told that the vaccine would not be covered without significant cost to me... I was appreciative. It wasn't her fault. In fact, I hadn't brought my coverage card, they didn't have my coverage on file. So.. she had to take extra steps to look it up using my wife's info. All the while she was pleasant and helpful. I wish I would have caught her name. All of this was in contrast to the service I received when I went next door to get it at Rite aid. There...as a customer I was made to feel i was bothering them. I wish Walgreens had the contract with...
