Guido's Premium Pizza Davison — Restaurant in Davison Township

The food is delicious and my order is usually correct. However, the employees are not friendly at all. Almost rude, to be honest. I order from there about once a week and the phone is always answered with a rude tone like I am bothering them. When I pick up my food, it is basically shoved into my car with a "here you go." They never give their names over the phone so I am not sure if it one person or they are all rude. I will be happy to change my review if I start to experience more friendly service. I also frequent the Grand Blanc Guido's often and have a totally different experience. They are all so friendly over there. We did not get what we ordered. We called back to get the issue resolved and get what we ordered but they declined. They didn’t even offer compensation for the poor service we experienced. This place is easily one of the most expensive pizza restaurants in the area. Paying almost twice the amount for “Gourmet” pizza over their competition means nothing if they give you the wrong order. Normally we would check the order before leaving, but it’s curb side pickup only, which makes it hard to check your order in the car. Guido’s has been for such a long time my favorite pizza place not only in Davison but Genesee county. I have not ordered in a long time due to their increasing prices. Cottage Inn is just as good of quality at a cheaper cost with better rewards and discounts. I decided to order again last night and was very disappointed. Not only was they quality lacking but now they are charging customers a surcharge for using a card. I know it’s legal but I don’t agree it’s right. Why charge your customers for your cost of doing business. Like would you ask us to help pay the electric bill too?
