Let me preface my review by saying I am a manager at a similar restaurant along the same stretch of M15, so I have what I feel are realistic expectations for a fast casual restaurant. With that being said, I am absolutely appalled at the level of service I received at this store. Having been there twice before recently and having decent experiences both times, I placed my third mobile order today for lunch with an expected ready time of 11:30AM. I arrive to the store at 11:35, pull up to the drive thru speaker to let them know I was here (as I had done with my two previous orders). The woman on the speaker was beyond rude to me, saying I had to come inside to get my order (which I had never had to do before) and that she didn't have it ready, they didn't even have it on their screens yet, whatever. She was extremely hostile and combative when I was just looking for more information. If someone at my store was speaking to customers how I was spoken to today, they would not be allowed near a headset any time soon!!! If you can't be nice to customers, why would you work in customer service? It costs $0 to be nice to people. Being nice to customers is what creates repeat customers, but I guess that might be their goal in general--- no customers means you don't have to do any work! I would have had no issue pulling forward to wait for my food, but instead I had to literally leave the parking lot, pull back out onto Lapeer rd, and back into the parking lot where I came inside and waited. No acknowledgement, not a staff member in sight for minutes. When someone finally did come over to "take my order" I told them THEY had told me to come inside. Then, they forgot my ranch I paid for! They weren't even that busy, which is the crazy part to me. Like I said before, I have what I feel like are incredibly realistic expectations for food service. It's a tough job with very little recognition and even less pay for hard working people, but if you can't be nice to the customers literally go get a job somewhere else! Amazon is always hiring for warehouse work, and they pay more than most restaurants!

Our party of 6 entered the dining room and placed our order. After we had paid, the manager started circling and telling the cashier to tell us the inside was closing to dining. We were in in time to order so we should be allowed to eat inside. The restaurant wasn’t closing for two more hours. After questioning this and getting a rude response, the entire staff was as snotty as could be. One gal threw our food on the counter. Then when we asked for sauce, she threw that across the counter too. And of course, there was food missing from our order, which we had to go through the drive thru to get. I always pack my patience and am very understanding because I know things are a hot mess with the times we are in, but we will not be back. Read moreWent in and order at 6:28 right at $60 worth of food waited til 6:50, when we went back up to the counter to talk to the lady to ask about, it she walked up and said they are out of corn, so we got two different sides, then we asked if our chicken was going to be fresh she said yes it will be fresh 3 minutes later she comes back with the food. I left got home and the chicken was far from fresh it was greasy and soggy. I went back and wasn’t mean about it, but asked why she said the chicken would be fresh when it isn’t, she stated that she was told it was fresh, She gave me another bucket of chicken and I left, and this bucket wasn’t fresh either but it was slightly less soggy, but I had no more time to waste it wasn’t worth eating. They stated that it was busy but it wasn’t because majority of the employees were just standing around in the back talking and not working at all.
