Taco Bell — Restaurant in Davison Township

Was hesitant to order from this taco bell after prices were raised but I was with a group of people and they all seemed to want it, ordered a few burritos and a soft taco party pack and selected chicken as an add-on to the tacos for some extra money, so far no harm no foul, extra ingredients cost extra money for them to provide after all, the burritos ended up being fine but all of the tacos were just tortillas with a little bit of chicken and nothing else inside of them, reviewing the reciept I confirmed that is not what I had placed in the order, considered bringing it back to the taco bell to get the food that I had paid for but I didn't want to make everyone wait longer, the group said it was fine and started eating until one of my friends took a bite and spat it out, saying it tastes dry and hard. We opened the taco she was eating and her chicken had a bunch of fuzzy white stuff along it that looked like mold. We threw away the rest of the tacos and I had to apologize to everyone there. Used to be my favorite place in town now everytime I come through the workers are rude. Came through tonight and was told every taco I wanted in a meal couldn’t be put in a meal. Lucky for them I hadn’t eaten all day so I picked something I didn’t want. Ask for nacho fries because they are literally on the screen. They don’t have those. Wanted a 12 pc Cinnabon delight and they told me no they would only sell me two. At 12:34 at night. Never asked me if I wanted sauce and when I got to the window and suggested that they tell customers what they’re out of in the beginning would be nice so I’m not so upset. The guy proceeded to cop an attitude and told me to leave my complaint with corporate. I will not be returning. Fast food is really going down the drain these days save yourself the hassle and order take out from a restaurant it’ll be real food and actually be cheaper cuz...

This Taco Bell made my whole morning. Snow storm made what should have been 30 minutes of drive time an hour and I had to stop to eat. I had above and beyond great service, the team worked quickly and were super friendly. I know I was late for breakfast by maybe 10 minutes, but they were accomodating breakfast orders still. I forgot my wallet at home and before I even knew the right words to say to ask about NFC payment on my phone, Meghan knew and was ready to accept payment. My order was out instantly. Transaction was smooth as silk and 100% because this team here is compromised of fast food rockstars. Thank you so much to the unsung heroes of the drive-thru.
