Normally stick to ortonville jets because of a previous issue with this location last time I ordered (mind you ortonville is 30 minutes farther) but I had a long day and decided not to make the drive so I Ordered a small deep dish pizza ,a bread and 2 liter for pick up last night . It was ready within the 15-20 minute estimated wait time I was given and the night staff were friendly and attentive. Got home and settled in, went to eat and the pizza tasted sour so I just put it down (the jet bread was great) i was going to callbut it was late and I was tired so I decided to deal with it in the morning. BIG MISTAKE. The Manager Kevin was rude and didn’t seem to care about the quality of the product coming from his location or my concerns , instead he pointed out that the last time I had ordered from them I had an issue and wanted to focus on that (almost accusing me of lying) I told him the pizza was sour , he answered sarcastically with ‘sour??? How was it sour ?’ (It was like dealing with a high school punk) I told him that the deep dish dough was probably fermented. I forgot mention that I had worked at various jets pizza locations across Tennessee helping opening new locations with my gm and training new crew members for years . He got quite and told me that I can get my refund for ‘JUST the pizza’ I told him that’s all I wanted since I didn’t have an issue with the rest of the order . I didn’t want anything extra but all I ate was the bread and the 2 liter and I didn’t feel like paying 20$ was fair he told me u had to be there before 1pm because he was leaving at that time , so I went up there to speak to him and get my refund and instead of dealing with a disgruntled customer like his job title entails he sends a kid (maybe 16 or 17) to refund my order, most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered at a Jets... I’ll never order from this location again and I’ll make sure none of my friends of family members in the area NOT to order from the Davison location either .....Needless to say I’ll be calling...

First question is about a tip, which I added. I paid the bill, and then it occurs to me that the bill was too high. Upon asking, I learned that the rep did not apply the coupon. Per the manager, “since you have already paid, nothing can be done”. Read moreI placed a pick up order. And I called up to the store to see if they could bring it out to my car because I had my 1 year old niece and 6 year old niece with me with a injured leg. And I had already left them a well deserved tip. And they told me they would bring it out to my car but would have to charge me a delivery fee. And I am parked right it front. I just didn’t want to wake my sleeping niece's and craw outta the car with them. And wouldn’t give me my receipt to prove I didn’t get the delivery free. I will go anywhere but here!
