The entire staff at Palace Jewelers is very polite and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in their establishment. Joe Baumbach specifically is an exceptional, horoligist!! You can tell that he is extremely passionate about what he does, and is very knowledgeable about the art of watchmaking and timekeeping. He was able to completely rebuild an antique pocket watch from the 1800’s for me and even locate certain rare parts that were needed…although it took a very long time to complete, I was patient with the project knowing the difficulty, and he assured me that he would get it completed. I was at ease leaving the expensive family heirloom with him, knowing that I could trust him and his work. I’ve also purchased other watches and jewelry from them, and have been more than happy with each purchase! I once had bought an expensive high end wristwatch as a present for my wife. Upon wearing the watch for the first time, a pin fell out of the band and it fell apart. Of course this was in no way the fault of the jewelry store, but they were very helpful and accommodating in promptly getting it repaired/replaced asap, at no cost to me. Their prices are fair and they have a range that’s affordable for anyone. They offer excellent warranties on their jewelry, watches and craftsmanship. Our interaction began with a simple ring re-sizing. The entire staff was friendly, kind and professional. The introduction to a higher level of customer service was immediately apparent. The day came to pick up the resized ring and every detail was superb. My wife and I, to her surprise and based on the excellent level of care received, began an adventure of upgrading her wedding ring. Tricia was our escort on this journey, and she could not have been more accommodating. She had multiple avenues and suggestions, and she absolutely mirrored our level of excitement for this next chapter (if not more so). Upon a decision of how to proceed, Tricia coordinated the quote with Joe, and communicated our wishes and vision to Sarah who flawlessly created the magic of a custom ring that is easily foreseeable into the coming years to still instill excitement, joy and magic at its perfection. We are now working with Palace Jewelers to upgrade my wedding band and are equally excited for the results. Everyone we have interfaced with at Palace Jewelers has been kind, friendly, knowledgeable and have made us feel, with the utmost sincerity as part of each other's families. My first experiences with Palace Jewelers was when I was a kid in the 90s. My dad would bring me in, after having saved up to $7, to purchase a Beanie Baby. The staff has always been so kind and welcoming to all customers of every kind.

Fast forward to 2014, my then fiancé visited to custom design my engagement ring. Their assistance and patience with the process made it a great experience. They were timely and flexible with him while he was making payments on the purchase.

I continue to visit occasionally to have my rings cleaned (for free!) and check out their products. My children love looking at all the gems!

Our most recent purchase was my 10 year wedding band. They were able to match it perfectly to my original band and communicated via text message, which I was super grateful for!
