Very disappointed in this place. We played 2 games and the first game the ball kept getting stuck at the end of the lane. I'm not a picky person, that wasn't the huge issue to me. We took my 5 year old and he was having a hard time getting the balls down very fast. A guy (Logan) working there ended up walking down the lane, chucking the ball and walked back looking at us with a disgusted look on his face. I said i was sorry and he said nothing just looked furious and walked away. we will not be back. very sad that someone would treat a 5 year old that way. I went inside and talked to some employees about the establishment. Upon entering nobody was at the counter, and when someone showed up I was greeted with attitude and the staff was very rude. I thought maybe it was a fluke thing and decided to try contacting them through the Facebook page and never received a response to my questions and therefor have lost business from me and my family. To be honest I have never been to open bowling here. I am on a league here every other Saturday. With the whole covid situation going on right now open bowling is not an option unfortunately. But I can honestly say that every time I am there I have an amazing time! They have great appetizer options on the menu as well as any drink you could possibly want they will make!
