I had ordered 3 double cheddar RB sandwiches a loaded curly fry with a handful of arbys sauce and a handful of horsey sauce. The loaded curly was pitiful only about half full or half the size of a normal one; I also received 3 classics (to be fair it was what was on the receipt) but when I went back to fix the order I came across a very unpleasant manager that had a very poor attitude. And when I was trying to get them to give me the 3 doubles I had ordered I had to basically haggle with her until she finally gave in to fix the order. I had seen they had some turn overs out so I had asked if some of them were cherry and with a very sarcastic tone she had told me that she would have to ring them up. Well of course you would I didnt order them the first time. She couldnt even make eye contact with me and rolled her eyes a few times in the process acting as if I was a burden. Now mind you the lobby was empty and only about 3 cars in the drive through so they were not busy at all. P.S. after all that, I got home and I realized that they never gave me any of my sauces either. Getting tires of the very poor attitude from the staff and would like to see a attitude adjustment from lower management. Read moreI’ve personally had more problems with the staff here than any other Arby’s around. It doesn’t matter whether I’m in the drive through or not. There is an older woman that works the front counters during the morning shifts and she is the rudest by far. Always snarky, hates to be asked anything. It’s almost as if customers are her biggest inconvenience. During the night shift before close the two younger boys who work there should have a different job. I was working night shift myself and my fiancé always asked me to stop for dinner. One time when I pulled up around 9:30 they pretended no one was there, I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before pulling away. A second time they were working I went inside not wanting a repeat. When I order everything, paid I could hear all the snarky and rude comments about having to make anything before they close. Every time we have been here there is always one problem or another and often times it has to do with ordering a wrap or a milkshake 🤷🏻♀️ who knows. The only complaint I would have at this place is probably one out of every three times I go I get about HALF the meat and etc on the sandwiches and I normally get. Which sucks because you feel cheated since you just paid $6-$8 for a sandwich but awkward to say "Hey.... I mean there's only two slices of roast beef on this and I can't even see the meat when the bun is on." You really want to say "Did you look at the picture of this sandwich on your menu? Did I pay the price associated with the picture of that sandwich? Do these two look the same to you?"
