Subway — Restaurant in Dayton

I used the Subway app and it’s supposed to make it easier and faster. I got there on time and the guy said I haven’t had time to make them. Okay a few minutes won’t hurt. Wrong, he put three of the people in line in front of me so I waited for 25 minutes. I have already paid for these sandwiches and I ordered guacamole on both sandwiches and didn’t get any guacamole because “they didn’t have any” and I also ordered extra cheese and I didn’t get that either. Once he made the sandwiches I didn’t get a refund for the no guacamole that I already had paid for on the sandwiches nor any other compensation like a free cookie or a discount on my next order or free drinks. Very sorely disappointed....

Always friendly staff, and the ingredients always taste fresh and look like they are regulated pretty well. It's clean and most the time quiet, nice place to eat lunch. The only complaint would have to be on the management, why would you leave a teenager to run a store all by themselves? Scratch that... why would you leave a single person to run a sandwich shop all by themselves? 95% of the time it seems there is only one person working. They have no help of they need it, and sometimes during a rush it is...

I was really disappointed today when I went to this subway. After so long of it being just terrible, a couple of weeks ago it was headed in a better direction. I really couldn't wait to go back. Today, however, it was back to the same old scene. The lettuce was brown and oozy, the onions were cut in huge chunks, not slices, (no one wants giant chunks of onion), and half the toppings were empty. This just makes me sad, I love subway, but I guess we'll be Firehouse...
