Hardee’s — Restaurant in Dayton

I been going here for about 2 years almost everyday during my lunch break. I order the same thing every single time. Theres been times they forget my drink an I just can't go back because I forgot myself about the drink. 10/10 times during your order they don't even tell you how much it is until your at the window. Your approximate wait time regardless if your first or last takes 20 mins. For a 30 min break I find myself having to walk back in while eating at work. The order just takes to long vs every other place within 10 mins you have your order an your out. I also tell them be light on the mayo an 7/10 times my request is ignored an it's caked with mayo not just on top of the bun but on the bottom as well. No one wants a burger caked in mayo. I have decided to never come back. I just pulled up 2nd in line an waited at the speaker for over 15 mins was just told give them a min. This happens so much its unreal eventually I just drove off. Asked for a sausage biscuit with gravy on a platter. Instead, I received a sausage patty and gravy on a biscuit wrapped in paper. I told the drive thru register person that what she had given me was not what I ordered. I explained what I wanted, again to no avail, prior to receiving much attitude prior to getting a biscuit and gravy, less the sausage patty. Please note that my order was, I thought made clear, when initially placed due to having to clarify after seeing sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit on the display screen. Basically, I did not get what I ordered. I just accepted the order due to there being a clear communication issue and my being on a time restraint. I love Hardee's. The employee that took our order was nice enough but half the lobby was closed off. Of the 8 tables available only one was clean. They weren't busy. We were the only lobby order left to take and fill and the drive thru only had one car in it, yet no one came out to clean the tables in the lobby. We ordered dine-in but got served a to go bag and no tray. If they were short handed you couldn't tell it since 3 ladies stood at the front talking about nonsense, not work. Everything about this visit was far from anything I expect from any restaurant that I go to. The food was good and that's the only reason they got 2 stars.
