Terrible is the only word that comes to mind. Terrible food quality. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience all around. Placed an order for delivery around 10:45 P.M. Around 12:30 A.M I Decided to go retrieve it since no delivery driver had accepted it which is understandable. I tried to cancel my order due to time and wanting a refund before I placed the order again yet it wouldn’t let me due to the order being processed already. I arrived to a woman with the worst attitude I’ve seen in the food service industry in the drive through. I asked the question if they made the order when it comes through to them or when the dasher arrives to which she sounded irritated that I was even asking. Saying that they wait so I pulled to the side replaced my $30 order for pick up, added a pack of Cinnabons and slightly changed some of the add ons on particular items, go back through the line. Within 3 minutes they have my order out to me as i am pulling away from the window my bag is ice cold and crumpled as if it was sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. Upon closer inspection they Cinnabons and changes I made were not apparent on the food, the bag had what appeared to be the remnants of the purple sealed sticker on the bag, and the item wrappers were not clean folded as usual again crumpled look as if sitting. My only conclusion was that I was served hours old food. My drink was also 3/4th full. I know it’s fast food but I am a manager at a McDonald’s I know the standard for quality in this business and this is the lowest I’ve ever had the bar set for me. I will be up there tommrow to talk to the stores day shift manager hopefully a general manager about this. As someone who has worked for multiple Taco Bell’s this location has probably got to be the worst. Unfortunately it’s the only Taco Bell in the area but at least they could take pride in making sure their drive through customer service wasn’t rude about fixing the order. I was missing two tacos from my order and I had to drive back around to get it fixed so instead waiting in line and waiting to talk to the employees at the intercom I drove around to the window to inform them that my order was missing items. No problem. They apologized and asked me to pull forward and they will bring me my items so that I can keep the other customers from waiting while I was the at the window. BUT When they brought me items they rudely stated that next time I need to go inside or go to the intercom. My food was also poor quality. $5 box, 7 burritos and 6 tacos and they still couldn’t make my items correctly. Hard tacos were soggy. All the burritos were mislabeled on the corners so I had no way of knowing which items were what for the person I was ordering them for. Taco bell just produces good food that can last awhile with flavor even though they will sell it well beyond its true expiration times. I will say they washed their hands more than most people. I give the employees that work their butts off the stars and take them away for the corners they cut for “ticket times”. A few workers will sweep with gloves on and go into making your food because of the fear mongering and you can even notice some will exchange your money with gloves on and never change them. Most food joints are pretty bad and this is a slightly better fast food than many but, I would rather get McDonalds at this point. While working there I was told not to argue with a girl for being openly and repeatedly racist because thats how she is and then let go for not modifying my behavior enough for them with no formal warning or alert as I asked repeatedly how I could perform better.
