La Hacienda II Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Dayton

This place needs to b shut down & forgotten the service was the most rude service, b4 we could finishing giving the waitress our complete order she wouldnt be still & listen she kept acting like she was in a hurry like she had something else to go do or somewhere to b. But when we finally placed our order she went & gave the cook our order then cones back out & sat in a booth with the other waitress & a man that was runnibg the bar that calls himself a nanager so called manager. Well the foid came out so hot on a plate it sizzled for 15 min after they brought it & it was burnt so i sent it back to b redone and damn if they didnt bring another plate out the sameway & this one was even worst it was funny tasting like some kind of sour candy kids like to eat. When i ask to see manager or owner the guy running bar out aftet we over heard the waitress running their mouth to him, he comes out & was just totally freakin rude like we were lying about it . So it was over all the worst ive seen in a long time. It makes me sick to even think about eating at any other mexican restuarants. Cleanup needs to b done on business & the so called staff. I went to this website and placed an order for pick up not knowing that it was a 3rd party so I got charged twice for a child's chicken strip dinner and 2 quesso cheese dips amd ended up spending over 40 dollars. When I told the owner he said he would check to see what happened after saying I couldn't order from his website even tho I did because when I went to get my order it was ready. He told me to leave my name and number and he would contact me the next day which he never did so therefore I paid over 40 dollars for 2 chicken strips a hand full of fries and 2 cheese dips. I will NEVER order from them again because I showed them my proof and he is not a good owner because he did not do what he said he was going to do...horrible experience and really didn't even want to...

Call in order ahead of time to have something to eat before I had to be at work was told it will be ready in 15 mins took me 15 mins to finish getting ready for work then a 10 min drive there. For my order to not be ready for pick up which cause me to be late for work. The hole place was empty. Seen a coupke walk in while I was waiting on my food to come from the back they was seated and ordered there drinks 10 mins later they left and said most of there menu was X out. Then when i finally got my order I had salsa all over my whole order.

Was not pleased at all and will not be back till they step up...
