WORST EXPERIENCE IN TOWN!!!
When I placed my order online for pickup at 7:00pm I was expecting to pick it up close to that time. When I arrived t 7:10pm I found out that it wasn't ready. At 7:35pm it was finally ready.
The Cinnabon Cinnamon rolls had no icing on them and the extra icing and cream cheese icing that I ordered and paid for was not with my order. I asked about them, along with the icing on the cinnamon rolls and the lady told me that they were out. I told her that I had paid for them online and she still said "I can't give them to you because we are out." She wasn't going to offer a refund on the extra icing that I had ordered and already paid for online, and she expected me to pay for and keep Cinnamon rolls that were not iced.
A different worker took the cinnamon rolls and put the rest of the icing that they had on them and fixed that issue. But the woman still didn't want to give me my money back for the extra icing that I had paid for. She finally did though, after a few more minutes of complaining and telling her that I paid for the extra icing and they can either give them to me or give me a refund.
Also, both of my pizzas barely had any cheese on them. The only thing you could see on the pizza was the toppings and the sauce that was cooked to the dough. The pizza was not cheesy and was terrible because it was dry from not having the cheese on it to help keep the sauce from drying up, which is what happened. And before you say that the cheese was probably under the toppings let me stop and tell you now, there wasn't any cheese under the toppings because I checked. Also, you wouldn't be able to see big bare spots of pizza where there was only sauce because there wasn't any cheese underneath.
Most of the workers were wearing their masks under their chins, no gloves, and they were constantly wiping their foreheads and running their fingers through their hair over and around the food. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. This was the first time in about 7 months to a year that we have had pizza hut because of a poor experience we have had in the past and we switched to Papa John's because of it. And what do you know, nothing has changed!!! Lack of training, lack of supervision, poor management, and complete disregard for safety precautions when it comes...
Read moreI was very disappointed in this location. We pulled in to their parking lot and called on the phone to place our order rather than using the online ordering. I thought it would be quicker to get our order in. WRONG!!! It took them forever to answer the phone. And they were swamped so why did I take them so long to answer? Who knows. I placed our order and told them we were in the parking lot and we wanted the contactless delivery. They asked about the vehicle we were in and I told them. Keep in mind that we were backed into our parking space right across from their glass door that shows behind the counter where the employees are at. We were told our order would take 15-20 minutes. So after 30 minutes, I called back to find out about our order. There were about 4 employees behind the counter. I watched one employee walk down where the phone was and prop. When I called (with the employee propped next to the phone) it rang like 4 or 5 times before she answered it. After telling be she just came on duty she said she would check on it. It was actually in the warmer cabinet next to the register. I actually watched them place (our) order in that warmer about 15 minutes earlier. Then they had to try to decide who was going to walk our order out to our vehicle. Our order should have never gone into the warmer. It should have been brought out to us as soon as it was done cooking. As far as I am concerned, they have lazy employees and poor management! It will be a very long time before we patronize them again if ever. This was our way of contributing to business that are suffering during these rough times but in my opinion, they are going to continue to lose business with sorry service like...
Read moreCalled at 9pm last night to see if the dining room was open and what time they closed. Lady answered and said yes and midnight. So I loaded up the slumber party kids and off we went. Got there about 930pm and the doors were locked. Spent 10+ minutes calling them while looking in the door and watching them ignore the phone and stand around and talk. Finally someone answered the phone while I knocked on the door with my keys. She said we had to enter the to go order set of doors on the other side of the building. So we went around and went in, and was inside for another 10+ minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. Then after the "waitress" finally took our order we settled in waiting for drinks and bread sticks. But instead, we got everything in to go boxes and cups. I told her we were dining in. She said they only serve food in to go boxes even if dining in. So we had a pic nic in the dining room. No drink refills, terrible service all the way around. Asked to see manager but never did. Finally got 1 drink refill, which they charge $2 for because they use to go cups. So for 1 large pizza, bread sticks and 4 drinks it was $40 I asked the cashier how that was possible for a $15.99 pizza, $5.99 bread sticks, and $8 for four drinks. She said the prices on the menu are not the actual prices. After a polite but firm conversation, she refunded part of the bill.
I've been eating there for 20yrs and this was absolutely the worst meal I've had there. Service bad, people bad, food overpriced, just all around bad.
And to top it off, a couple came in to pickup their order 45 min after ordering and paying for it. And they hadn't even started it. Just to busy in the back talking. The...
