Called to place an order, got put on hold for 15 mins. (I was forgot about) called back again just to get told I was about to get put on hold AGAIN. I proceeded to hang up the phone. I was called back within 30 seconds. So frustrated I tried to place my order. I was told I couldn’t substitute rice for noodles...weirddd I explained 3 different times what I wanted In Perfect English, you would have thought I was speaking alien… i finally just said forget it and went to the Japanese steak house at the end of town. I have eat here several times over the years and the food is mediocre. (Always has been) Won’t be back. The lady was very rude on the phone despite me being completely kind. This was the worst had 2 extremely young kids looked under 10 years old working the drive through the grown-up was absolutely just rude and acted like she was confused about their menu items and I went ahead and paid and then they told me I had to turn around but what they meant was to get back out on the highway and to pull back in to the parking lot and I did that with all the traffic in that area and I got home with my food and I was missing stuff and I called and asked about it and she argued with me that she didn't tell me that it came with my order earlier and she told me it came with my order earlier and then on the phone she argued saying she told me that it didn't after I asked her when I was ordering will not be going back worst service food and everything and to have 2 little...

This 5 STAR Rating is because all 5 aspects were excellent.

Facilities, not noisey. Not too hot or too cold and very clean.

People were above and beyond, both before and after being served. The waitress kept asking if everything was okay and then the manager took time to visit.

Wife's Food? She doesn't eat Oriental and she finished every bite.

My Food? I ordered something that was not on their menu and it was excellent. And, I had plenty to take home for leftovers.

The Prices? Loaded plates and top quality preparation and presentation, all for less...
