McDonald's — Restaurant in Dayton

Come through this McDonald's every morning after work and heading home, usually get nothing but sugar free iced coffee with added espresso, went through this morning and ordered my coffee, when I was told to pull up the lady decided to confuse me by saying pull up to the back window which I've never heard a McDonald's worker say before so I was confused and asked her "the 2nd window?" And she replied "yeah the back window" so I went ahead and passed the first window noticing there wasn't anyone at that window so I continued to the 2nd one just to be met by the lady who took my order asking why I passed the first window and we had a little argument about her telling me to pull up to the back window and apparently she calls the 1st window the back window then when I brought up that no one was at the 1st window she said there was and started to point back at the 1st window and to my surprise someone was hanging out the window looking at me when no one was originally there, she went ahead and took my card to give to the 1st window person then decided to make remarks with her coworker about our interaction, if this location is going to continue confusing customers and making remarks about them then im no longer coming to this location, I don't need confusing and rude...

This "restaurant" is a joke. I took my two children (6 & 10) there yesterday, September 20, 2017, and I will NEVER go back to this location. The floor, tables, and drink station were disgustingly dirty. The "crew" wandered aimlessly around behind the counter like they were lost. The "manager" began screaming at the "crew" at the top of her lungs, telling them she wasn't going to "put up with anyone's attitude" and that they could all "go home and not come back". I ordered our food at 5:10pm (I'm looking at the receipt as I write this) and finally, at 5:25pm, after waiting for our food for 15 minutes with no one even acknowledging that we hadn't been served, I asked for a refund. I was given $6.13 back -- my original receipt shows that I had paid $7.13. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told "That's just how we do it. I'm sorry." When I asked for a corporate number, or the franchise owner's number, so I could call and complain, I was told there wasn't one. If the McDonald's corporation knows what is good for them, they will close this location down or force the owner to remove the "McDonald's" name from the place. Disgusting. Rude. Foul. Never...

To be fair I have been protesting McDonald's for awhile now since I saw an article with the CEO stating that employees didn't need fair wages and could fully live on their incomes from McDonald's if they forgo things like social outings, candy bars and the like. I felt it was a morally reprehensible thing to say that a certain kind of person doesn't deserve to have even so much as a candy bar while others can eat gold gold chicken... (it's a thing).

BUT on the rare occasions that someone else I'm with wants to go or I'm very low on other options I will eat at McDonald's. I have to say there are some that are definitely trying to make your experience better.. clean driveways, easy access parking, kept up bathroom's and the drive through is even on point. But this was not one of those times, the parking was hard to navigate, the pavement is not kept up, the drive through barely seems interested in talking to you, let alone at you and the sandwiches looked like they were throwing them together from across the room, all the toppings hanging out of the sides, our fries (which use to be the only thing I'd go for) were stale, room temp and...
