First visit at this location. Waited in line to get to the drive-thru speaker and told the employee I had placed an order online. She very rudely snapped at me that I needed to “GET IN THE OTHER LANE!” I hadn’t used the other lane, although it was shorter- because I was alone and had no passenger to receive items on that side. But, since the rude wiman had made it clear she would not help me otherwise and- since there’s no room to drive around the building in the lot- I had to pull out of the drive-thru, wait for a break in traffic, pull out onto the street and wait again, then turn back into the lot and join the other line.
When I finally reached the window- no surprise to anyone- we had a lot of trouble because we couldn’t reach each other through the passenger side window. I managed to catch my drink as it literally fell into my car when the employee lost her grip on it as we both stretched to reach. The lid was on securely, at least, but I still came dangerously close to my large Coke being dumped all over the inside of my rental car.
I asked why they made me come to the other lane when it was clearly such a setup for frustration and mishaps. She told me all door dash orders had to go through the left lane. I told her I wasn’t door dash and she added “door dash and anything online.” I asked her why and another employee chimed in that was just their policy. Which- if that’s the policy, it’s a foolish one.
It’s honestly unclear to me whether or not it’s all online orders or just door dash that’s supposed to be subjected to this counterproductive policy, but even if it was just door dash… isn’t that virtually always a single driver? Why make/enforce a policy where single drivers especially have to use the lane where the window’s only reasonably accessible by a passenger they don’t have? It makes no sense.
My food, once I finally received it, also wasn’t great. Not sure if that’s typical of the location or if the employee(s)- who were visibly angry that I went to the wrong side- provided a squashed burger and a half-full container of very small, mostly burned fries deliberately as punishment.
Either way, I expect my first visit here is...
Read moreOh, Darnell awesome experience, I mean pathetic experience. When you made my husbands food either #1. Used old mayo or #2. Used tarter sauce. Then, you only put 1 patty on each not 2. So, we came back. Remember us? Yes, you do : ) you threw a little hissy fit like a typical little girl. Instead of apilogizing for being wrong, you went off on my husband and got an attitude with the sweet girl trying to help. Shw even informed you that you didn't make them right. Very politely i might add. You ran your mouth for no reason Instead of admitting fault. Remember the burger that got thrown on you? Hope you had fun cleaning it up. Hopefully your boss watches the camera around 9:30 p.m. on July 3rd. Such a shame to have an incompetent employee such as yourself.... Edit: Well, Darnell, maybe, just maybe I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that counting isn't your thing! What comes after 1? Think about it... even after having to come back up for your spoiled mayo/tarter sauce, whatever the spoiled taste was, there again, is only 1 patty on each burger. For the love of fry burgers Darnell learn how to make them...I think there was a total of 8 fries between the two. My thought is this: by cheating the customers out of what they pay for, maybe you are offsetting what you are taking home at the end of the night by giving 1 patty instead of 2, 2 fries instead of 8 or whatever. To the sweet young lady who tried to help us, thank you for keeping your cool. You did absolutely nothing wrong to apologize for, let alone be made to leave because Darnell got in...
Read moreI have never met a nice employee here and the reason is because you have 2 people running the whole show at all times. You have a cook and a person running both drive through and mobile pick up. Mobile pickup is the absolute dumbest thing I’ve ever dealt with. First time was when we ordered Uber eats. Somehow, 2 Hayley B’s placed an order at the exact same time and they got our orders swapped. We went and waited for 45 minutes in the pickup lane just for them to tell us that it’s not their problem and that they couldn’t help us. The 2nd and last time, we waited for 30 minutes. There was only 2 cars in front of us in the pickup line but we waited 30 minutes. Once we pulled up, they had our food and one of the drinks wrong. We kindly told the lady and she took the drink and slammed it into the trashcan then the manager came around and was insanely rude and snobby acting. Rolling her eyes, slamming things around, etc. I cannot even fathom to understand how and why this location is still open. My heart goes out to the person with the short, blonde, curly hair. Everytime we come here, you are the only one running everything and I can see how exhausted you are. You deserve so much better and I hope you find a better job soon. McDonalds would be better than this place. At least you wouldn’t be forced to do everything on your own. You need more employees, a better system, and a better manager because right now, it’s...
