This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The manager was mean and rude to me and my entire party. Half of our party had to go to Buckheads. I asked him if there was a chair for my elderly father to sit next to me. He looked at his reservation list and said, nope.Every chair is taken. I looked up about five minutes later and there was a chair in the windowsill. The entire time we sat there and ate. I was sick. My dad had to sit in another room with my friends because my table was already full.
On Friday, i spoke to a female at the restaurant and explained that.We had four reservations that we wanted sitting together. She was very nice and was arranging the reservations so that we could all sit in the big area together. She actually increased our reservation to 22 and had us all in the large area. She said we are good to go. Saturday The manager wanted to put my entire party on the patio for dinner. I told him it is too cold and there is no sun, and it was in the low 50s. Several times he made it sound like a great deal that we would have a dedicated server. But they have no heaters, and it is not enclosed. Again, at the restaurant he offered and told me, I had to put eight of my people outside. I told him the lady on friday said we were good to go to all be in the big dining area. He made no effort whatsoever and literally split my party all around the restaurant and the eight that we're going to be on the patio left to go to another restaurant.
The manager had no customer service skills at all. Out of twenty of us, none of us had been there before. And none of us will go back. The food was overpriced for what it was. They're really wasn't a very good selection. It was the worst service. The manager would do nothing to try and put our group together. Instead, we were scattered about in some even sat at the bar. This is with reservations.
The worst is how the manager talked to me. It was very disrespectful and mean. He offered nothing to help our group. He absolutely did not care the slightest. I was literally in tears. We had people that drove as far as from Trent, Ohio.
We even tried to explain hey, we are a lot of professionals and will tell everybody about our experience which is not a good look.We asked, doesn't that matter to you? . We were celebrating my birthday. Needless to say next time I will go to cork and crust and all of my events, we'll be there from now on. I will not be back and neither will any of my party.
The manager needs some training in customer service skills. Our waitress did apologize, but she was the only one that ever apologized. Never once. Did he say I am sorry for the inconvenience?Or let me see what I can do. He didn't even try, and he was just a downright jerk.
The only good thing I can say is the atmosphere was pretty cool at the bar, and at least the bartender treated my friends very well.
I took a picture of the chair that sat in the window the entire time, that apparently he didn't have for my elderly father to sit in. Unfortunately, I don't have an option to...
Read moreIf you're aware you are exchanging money for food I would not eat here. Started the dining experience looking at the menu. You can build your own pizza to create the pickle pizza and it would be $2.50 cheaper than ordering it on the menu. We go through a lot of ranch so I ordered a large thinking it would take care of it because it's $4. They brought 2 .5oz ramekins out. Ended up spending $6 on ranch and not being enough for one of their SMALL pizzas. Once again, seeing a pizza was $24, I thought it would be a considerable size. It's not. We ordered the meatballs thinking 5 meatballs would be a considerable size, nope. Each meatball is a bite, and they were so salty you could feel them drying up your mouth. We also ordered the sandwich, which had the same salt problem. Extremely salty. There was so much bread I removed the top to get some sort of balance. The problem with that is all the meat is stacked in the center, so with one slice of bread the sides are still nothing but bread. I gave 2 stars because the pizza is good, and the server did a good job. Their tables are tiny. We had 4 people and asked for another table. They said no because they might get busy. There wasn't another table in the entire dining room. Also, don't go in expecting the buffalo pizza that is on the menu on the website. They changed the menu in the restaurant but not on the website. As mentioned in a previous review, their water cups are basically a double shot glass. Luckily it was so dead, the server had nothing else to do but stand by and fill them up. If you like salt and you don't like money, this is the...
Read moreSo to start off on a high note, the food was pretty good. I gotta give it to them. I got the build your own pizza ad Guetta and it was very good along with my friends. Got the burger pizza and that was amazing. However, the service was a minimum to none. We had an amazing server, but it seemed like he was overwhelmed at one point I waited and I did time after awhile but I waited almost 40 minutes for a refill on my water and the food didn’t come out until about 50 minutes. We were there almost an hour and 15 minutes. We sat down very quickly, but the food in the water very slow along with this the atmosphere was dark and very loud. I think if they added more lighting, I wouldn’t have fallen asleep while waiting for my food and water also to go on top of there not being any refills on the water the glasses that water went in were so small. Literally the smallest glasses I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Also VERY overpriced. The burger pizza for two people was $24 and my pizza which was a build your own adding one topping was 19 and it was basically a medium size pizza. I want to see this place succeed I would like them to drop their prices a little bit as a side of ranch also was two dollars, which is a little bit excessive...
