This Wendy’s is almost unredeemable.
It looks like a Wendy’s.. just getting food there is incredibly difficult.
Waited 20 minutes in line, just to get to the ordering station, to be asked if I was a delivery service, and when I wasn’t, was informed they had already taken their last order.. aka. The people in front of me I already waited 20 minutes behind.. It was 11:40pm.. had been waiting since 11:20 already.. Unfortunately, I forgot to unload my free chili coupon, not that their system ever actually works or accepts coupons from the app.. (usually doesn’t..) so.. yeah.. not in the app next time.. Gone.. 2nd time.. Last time, wouldn’t accept offer.. this time I burnt 300pnts.. (which takes about 7yrs to collect)
This isn’t even the first time that happened.. Last time involved driving to another Wendy’s.. after waiting in line at this one, my ex-wife still wanted Wendy’s.. So did I.. However, new Wendy’s won’t take two separated orders from the drive thru.. (yeah.. ex.. we don’t share bank accounts..) Basically, I have to get out of the car while in line and go to order “my order” in while she’s in line.. except they ignore me at the counter.. well past my ex getting her food, I’m still waiting 10+ minutes at the counter waiting to even be acknowledged.. Finally.. Rip up my paper coupon and order from the McDonald’s app from the Wendy’s counter.. Got thru the entire McDonalds order, paid online, turned to walk away.. I don’t think anyone even notices remnants of my coupon in the counter.. got in the car where my ex was already eating having been the only one allowed to eat at Wendy’s.. (just not me.. ).
All that mess after waiting in 20 minutes plus behind five cars at this Wendy’s.. one only to be told they couldn’t serve us.. I never did eat Wendys that day.. after going to two of them.. for over an hour between two lines and waiting..
For what it’s worth.. If you can ever pull up with less than 3 cars in line, you might actually get thru in less than 30 minutes, but I wouldn’t risk it if you have to be at work at the end of...
Read moreThis location is not 24 hours. I called about 4:45 this morning to see if they were actually open and ready for breakfast. The lady on the phone told me they would be ready in five minutes. I got there at 4:57 and they still told me it would be another five minutes for them to do their shift change and their computers to update or whatever. Such an inconvenience my husband works an early shift so I was trying to surprise him and get him breakfast this morning. I came back at 5:15 and still had to wait another 5 minutes. But at least my food was fresh. Please consider switching over to breakfast a little earlier for the early birds thx in advance! If you ever come here and try to use a discount code, make sure the code amount changes before you pay. I don’t care if it’s two dollars or $20. I want my money back. I know I’m about to butcher the spelling of this lady name, but she was very nasty. I’m assuming she had to be a manager. Your customer service sucks Itada! I pulled up my scan coupon for the cashier to scan before I paid. The amount did not change and I didn’t find out until I ask for a receipt. Once I receive a receipt, all she had to do was give me my two dollars back and the lady act like she couldn’t do it walked away with her attitude like there’s nothing I can do. Read moreTerrible. Not 24/7 at all. Your worker last night forced me to cancel my order in the middle of the night. He said because truck was there they are closed for an hour every Thursday and Sunday. I asked him so I shouldn’t come here those days and he said no you have come through too late and I said sir you guys are 24/7 I didn’t think I was “coming too late” and he made me feel bad about coming to this Wendy’s. He told me people don’t ever give them time to switch over and I said sir I have no clue what time you switch over I’m sorry I just wanted something to eat. He told me on my mobile order he didn’t have bowls for ANYTHING, no frostys, no bacon, no nuggets, no burgers, no fries. He told me he could put food in a loose bag and bring it to me. He told me if I don’t cancel my order I’m pretty much getting a bag of random food. I asked when they’re reopened and he told me after 4 am, IT WAS 2:30 AM IN THE MORNING. SO YOU WILL BE CLOSED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF?? You need to change your signs and make them not 24/7. You need to shut your lights down when your workers are gonna tell people “we’re not closed but we’re actually closed and can’t tell anyone.” Awful. Awful service. He said it “takes 15 minutes” yet told me not to come until after FOUR AM when I was there at 2:30. This Wendy’s false advertises. I’ll be taking it up with the corporate line.
