This is a popular rest stop for BCU students so be sure to take note that it's location will often lead to great business. It's popular and I can see why, cheap affordable food with a quality that is well above the price. I love this place and honestly it gets me my fill of chicken.

This is a modest family owned business, the food is good for the price and wait time is bearable. (15 mins or longer depending on when you go) I do love this restaurant but I will be sure to include a "survival guide" and some general concerns before you make your visit.

Calling them on the phone can prove to be quite unreliable on busy times. Experiment and check popular times to decide when to go here.

Another concerning factor about Bethune Grill is there is no absolute proof of certification as they have no restaurant rating.

They are very unorganized and overwhelmed at busy hours and the small space can be loud and crowded.

The loudness can lead to mis-orders or general cross contamination of foods. This is an emphasis I wish to push as it's a great concern.

They tend to rush orders and I've gotten a shrimp or two in my order of wings by mistake. Now this isn't troubling but someone with an allergy to shellfish should be wary of cross contamination. I would suggest stressing this over the phone or ordering at a time where they are not packed.

Be sure to ask questions and be specific with what sauce you would like. When ordering food or they'll assume you want their signature honey sauce. This is a popular choice. Be sure to be loud and create emphasis on what you want so as to clarify things.

I always like to look for places that are off the beaten path so to speak and that aren't chains when I am on vacation. Bethune Grill checked off all of the boxes for us so we decided to head on over for dinner.

We luckily got in at the right time as they had a line out the door shortly after we ordered. The lady at the counter was more than happy to talk about the menu, talked up their items and what was good and got our order in for us quickly.

Our food came out within 15 minutes and everything was obviously fresh from the back.

I ordered 20 wings, you absolutely cannot beat their wing pricing for the quality. Not an exaggeration, I would have paid $1.50 or more for a wing at home that wasn't anywhere as good as they served up. Crispy, hot and the perfect amount of sauce. We also got some chicken tenders and some nuggets with fries plus some Oreo cheesecake for after. The honey wing sauce is something I'm still thinking of and will be ordering a few bottles here soon. Tangy and sweet, perfect heat and a flavor that just hits all of those parts of your soul and mind. Fries were crisp, nuggets and tenders were great and the Oreo Cheesecake was also perfect.
