I wanted to sell some gold and this place was recommended to me. I read all their great reviews and decided to stop by. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Gus, was friendly and welcoming. He and his employee immediately started looking at my pieces. I had been to 2 other places but Gus gave me the best price. He also took out the stones for me. While I was there, he had multiple repeat customers stop by. I could tell they had also become friends. I also liked that he was verbally appreciative of his employee and referred to him as family. To me that speaks more than any review. To be in business for 30 years, you have to have more than a great product. It's not so much, what you sell, but how you sell it. Gus is the man. I have been going to this store for years, and not only do they have a great selection, but they have a personal touch that is unmatched anywhere. Gus is very outgoing and friendly as well as knowledgeable and dedicated to the customer experience. My wife and I had been going through some bad times and we had to sell her wedding ring. When we were able to buy it back, he gave us a phenomenal deal as well as a great price on a wedding band for myself. Gus, also being a marriage counselor, provided us with valuable couples advice moving forward in our young marriage and we are doing better than ever thanks to it. Walked in to look at some jewelry for the first time and possibly purchase a diamond bracelet for my mom. Was not greeted smiled at or offered any help. Looked around for some time and still nothing , never the less they were speaking with someone but still. There was more than one person working.
