Chef Pappas was the caterer for my daughter’s wedding on 4.14.18. We received nothing but glowing compliments on his food, especially the caramelized onion and goat cheese crostinis and antipasto skewer appetizers. The only negative comment that was made was the top sirloin (roast beef) was a little dry. His staff that evening were excellent, they walked around with the appetizers and people were able to enjoy the food while exploring the venue. They walked over to where pictures were being taken and offered the appetizers to the bridal party and family. The staff even made a plate for both bride and groom, once they were at their table. When walking through the dinner line, the servers gave nice portions to all the guests and did that with smiles. They were even so kind to cut the wedding cake and not charge us for it, and even provided the dessert plates free of charge. The overall experience the evening of the wedding was great. Pre-planning there were a couple of issues. Chef is extremely busy during the day and at times seems a little gruff with his answers and returning calls can take up to 1-2 days. His daughter Callie was the one we spoke with most of the time; and she was so forthcoming and helpful with what all was provided, what they could do, and typical routine of the caterer. We even found out that we could rent tablecloths from them for a very reasonable price. My daughter and son-in-law were able to do a One-on-One taste testing with Chef, and had a pleasant experience with the event and Chef was extremely courteous and nice. We had checked out Renaissance Catering and that experiences was a total fiasco and BIG disappointment. What was refreshing with Chef was (when putting a down payment on reserving his services) he wanted a check and his menu IS his contract. What a total shocker and caused us a little bit of concern/hesitancy hoping that we wouldn’t get stiffed. But Chef assured us and explained his reasoning which was something we didn’t even think of coming from our side of “wedding” planning. I would definitely recommend Chef Pappas to anyone looking for great food at a reasonable price and the staff was...

Tom, Callie, and crew were top notch with the food and service for our wedding. We worked with Tom and Callie directly for the tastings and menu preparations. Most of a wedding can really hang on the quality of food for guests, and the compliments of Chef Papas is one we continue to hear even months later.
They are dependable and good people that made our special day perfect. They gave us to-go boxes that we enjoyed for the day after our wedding, which is so thoughtful and is magnificent customer service! We would recommend Chef Papa's for any catering service.

Read moreChef Papa’s DELIVERED. Truly. Callie was fantastic to work with. She was so accommodating and by the end of my working with her, she felt like family. Chef Papa’s provides delicious food (still receiving compliments on the food to this day). I am also receiving compliments on the cocktail service. Guests have stated that they never had to go searching for a staff member to get appetizers during cocktail hour. They ensured the buffet line was quick and seamless. We had a NY strip carving station, salmon with a lemon butter sauce, penne alfredo, sauteed green beans, roasted rosemary potatoes and salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing. They are very affordable and extremely...
