Dunkin' — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I go to this dunkin all the time and get the same thing, a latte with vanilla and caramel. Went to this location last night around 5:20 pm and they misheard me, which is fine it happens, and made a latte with mocha and caramel. Personally I depise mocha, so I had asked for the drink to be remade with the proper flavors. It was remade and still looked very dark, so it was easy to tell something wasn't right, and unfortunately I asked for her to remake it one more time. She then tells us that it won't make a difference and it is the expresso that is making look so dark. She "remade" it anyways though and at this point I just gave up.

I don't know if she found it cute or funny but there was a pool of CHOCOLATE at the bottom of this so called remade drink, and then proceeds to say "see it didn't make a difference." As I said in the beginning I get the same latte all the time and I have never seen anything like this. I wrote a review because I don't appreciate being played with when I spend hard earned money for this latte everyday for years. It wasn't cute the girl thought she was right and wanted to make a point and it wasn't funny that she chose not to actually remake it properly. We were in your Dunkin’ donut shop yesterday around 1:30. The service was terrible and people were very rude. I was standing not 2 feet away from the cashier and ask if I could have a breakfast roll. She looked at me with a blank face and said “you’ll have to come here and order. I said really. I moved over to her and she said what do you want. I replied breakfast roll please. She never said anything. I asked for a caramel latte also. When I went to pay, she was using the same hand she picked up my breakfast roll with. I don’t know if she washed her hands before she got my roll or not.When I went to get my latte, they came out with a chocolate something. I said I didn’t order anything chocolate. She yelled back to someone saying this isn’t right, gotta make it again.The cashier (Shinto ) acted like she didn’t want to be there let alone wait on anyone. The lady in front was upset also. I was still at the cash register and heard her say. “Does anyone here know what they’re doing?this is ridiculous. I’m not coming here again.I will whole heartedly agree with her. These young people need trained in having people skills. This IS really ridiculous how they run this store.NOT HAPPY!!!! The date I visited was 11/11/2024...

I’m giving this Dunkin 5 stars because the staff is friendly and great in the mornings despite it being so busy. I see how hard the managers and the staff work in the mornings! However, In the afternoon, I only encountered two employees that been super sweet to me and my daughter. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, however; I know one of the employees had redish color hair and she is ALWAYS so sweet to my daughter & me when I come in. She always gets my order right and goes above and beyond for my daughter when we go there. Being able to see my daughter smile and be happy going to a place is what every mother wants. I noticed a difference ever since I haven’t seen her and in the afternoons, not all of the employees are like that. I do understand how busy it can be and being caught up in the moment. Again, I don’t know the employees name with the redish hair but she has always been so sweet, nice, and great!❤️ I truly wish I knew her name so I can give her a more proper shoutout to her amazing...
