We ordered online and paid for delivery. We live 11 minutes away from Eat30. After 1.5 hours I called to ask where our food was. I was told it just left the facility 10 minutes earlier and would be at my house shortly. 45 minutes later my wife got a call that our food was still sitting at the facility for over an hour, and had never been in the hands of a driver.

Bottom line: We got no dinner and were left hanging at 7.08pm with little more than a snotty apology. Also, we were clearly lied to by the staff.

Zero stars earned out of 5, and I will slam this place to everyone I talk to for the rest of time. The owner should fire his staff immediately, close the doors, and find something other to do than sell food.

Worst.Service.Ever. Avoid at all costs. Go visit Plias instead. Sure, it's a drive to pick up, but at least you will get food.

I would normally be giving this place 5 stars based on how great the food and service has been on several past visits…however, based on what happened tonight, I am very disappointed. They have hours both posted online, as well as on their front door that they are open until 8 PM. Now I’m not one to show up at a place at 7:50 and expect to get food, but we arrived at 7:30 and the doors were locked and the lights were off. A couple also pulled up in a car, saw us at the door, and asked if they were supposed to be open until 8. We said we thought so too, but apparently not. Then, a worker came to the door to proceed to tell us their kitchen closes at 7:30. If you’re a restaurant that is open until 8 pm, then why are your doors locked, lights off, and kitchen closed at 7:30? Extremely disappointing. I feel I’m still being gracious with 3 stars, as this place has always been stellar...

Disappointed with my takeout order especially since it cost us $108+. I Was told the volcano ramen was Sriracha level spicy which sounded nice b/c I like spice. However It most definitely was not; it had 0 spice flavor. If anything I had to add Sriracha to it. The broth was very bland and overall the dish was not flavorful. The pork belly was extra, very hard and did not add to the ramen. Truly upset with this because the reviews and ratings made me think it’d satisfy my ramen craving. The prices don’t match the quality. :/ Maybe if we dined in it would have tasted different, but I’m not willing...

Stopped in last night for the first time. Very cute space. Got the Tomyum Ramen which was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. It had a little bit of spice, but definitely not an overwhelming amount. My boyfriend got the Tonkotsu Ramen and loved that as well. The prices seemed a little high until we saw the portion size. Definitely worth the price! Will definitely be back. Updating this review to say: we have been there MANY times since our initial visit, and they have been seriously the BEST every time! HIGHLY recommend!

We had an amazing meal at Eat30 Pho! We tried the Pad Thai, Volcano Soup, Thai Iced Coffee, and Mango Boba—and everything was delicious. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and spice, and the Volcano Soup was packed with bold, comforting flavors. The Thai Iced Coffee was rich and smooth, and the Mango Boba was a refreshing treat to finish things off. On top of the great food, the service was fast and super friendly. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer experience.

Yum yum yum! I’ve been hoping De Pere would get a ramen place! This place is awesome! The broth is great, the noodles are perfect, and the flavors are immaculate. When you get take out, the broth is separate from everything else, to keep it from getting soggy. All the vegetables seemed fresh, and the meat was really good too! If you love Asian flavors I recommend you give Eat30 Café a try. I will be returning, very soon.
